老闆娘，我下午定的房，你們酒店也接單了，我晚上9點半左右去入住，你確告訴我沒有定的那個房間了，要我加錢，還説不行的話，我可以退房，説接單是平台接單的，你們酒店沒有接單，，不管是不是平台接單的，至少你們授權給了平台了吧，你這話説得有點傷人了吧，平台顯示是不可取消的，加上時間太晚了，不然我就退了算了，第二天早上九點還敲了一下房門，不知道你們是什麼意思。再説之前那個住過的房間，你們是不換床單的，我之前連續住了兩天，第一天我退房前專門做了記號，然後晚上再預訂，看到還有同樣的房間，床單的記號還在，本來這個我不想説的，畢竟你們賓館價格在那裡，但昨晚你那麼説，那我就對不住了，該説的我都説，以後你們賓館我也不會來了。
