今回4泊しました。
お値段的には十分だと思います。
が、日によって清掃方法に差がありました。
お菓子、タオルが補給してくれたりしてなかったり笑
入湯税がサイトでは150円のところ200円取られたりと色々スタッフさんに多少の問題が感じました。
あっ外国人スタッフは、丁寧で良かったです。
金額ミス？は、日本人スタッフでした。

員工非常友善，食物質素頗高，和牛質素高且份量不少，唯一缺點是房間帶露天風呂環境一般，房間設施相對舊了一點。

フロント対応はよかった
露天風呂は秘湯の様でワクワクした
朝ご飯も美味しかった
しかし館内が迷路みたいで迷いそうになった
旅館までの道が狭いので車での来館は注意が必要

事前の問合せに当日中に丁寧な返信があり宿泊前から信頼が感じられた。部屋は広く綺麗に掃除されており、トイレは２つあり、二人で宿泊したので余裕がありゆったりと過ごせた。温泉も露天風呂が大浴場とは別にあり広さは十分である。全国旅行支援の手続きもしっかりしていた。ただ、残念だったのは、夕食は部屋食だったが一度に料理が運ばれてきたのでどうしても冷めてしまうし、従業員が下げる際は頻繁に来て急がされる感じがしてしまう。朝のコーヒーサービスはロビーでゆっくりと飲める。

まず、玄関や駐車場に従業員が居られなく、どこに車を停めていいのかよくわからない 夕食の無いプランの為か、部屋への案内はなく、多少迷いながら部屋に行くと、もう布団がひいてあった 石の露天風呂が無くなり、大浴場の外に露天風呂ができていましたがとても塩素臭かった 貸切風呂がとても良かったが、タオルが無いので部屋から持って行かなければならなかったのは初めてだ、バスタオルぐらいは有ってほしい キッズコーナーは今まで行った旅館の中では一番よく、子供が楽しそうに遊んでいました

大型のホテルなのに、清掃が行き届いていることに驚きました。 スタッフ仲居さんの気配りと笑顔のサービスも個人高級旅館レベル。 還暦祝で夫婦で訪問したのですが、スマートなお祝いと都度都度のサービストークが全スタッフ共有されており、気持ち良い時間を過ごせました。 部屋の外窓ガラスが大きいので、湯郷の街全体が眺望できました。偶然ですが、深夜に雪が降ったので、起きた時、街一面の雪化粧にビックリ。丁度、正面の山から朝日が出て来て、表現出来ないほどの美しさでした。露天風呂に入ると、竹や紅葉の枝葉に雪が積もり、美しい樹氷を真上に眺めながらの雪見風呂は初体験。ついつい長風呂してしまいました。一緒に温泉入っていた他のお客が、北海道〜鹿児島までの温泉旅行中のひとで、これ程の自然の変化を楽しめた温泉はなかなか無いね！っと喜んでいました。 お会計の最後まで、付かず離れずの良い距離感のサービスに、良い寛ぎ時間を楽しませてもらいました。 還暦の友人にも教えたいと思います。 感謝

館内の作品掲示やコーディネーターが良い。静かな場所でひと時を過ごすことができて良かった。海外のスタッフも一生懸命にお仕事されていて感じが良い。露天風呂のつくりは大変良いのだが，道路を挟んで行くのが？と感じた。
