Very good service once we arrived the hotel. Chinese & some overseas staffs normally can communicate in English, Chinese & Japanese. Comfort room & private spa. we enjoy.

あいにくの曇り空でしたが、部屋からの眺望は最高でした。
子供がアレルギーありでご迷惑をおかけしましたが、別メニューを用意していただき、全部美味しくいただけました！
スタッフの方々はみんな優しく、穏やかな印象でとてもくつろげました。
お風呂もきれいで、シャンプーもドラッグストアで見るシャンプーがいくつも置いてあり、ドライヤーもリファやヤンマーなど種類がいくつもあって、いろいろと試せたのがうれしかったです！

非常好的套房，在日本沒住過這麼大的房間，有90多㎡，乾淨整潔，房間裏一個室外泡池，一個室內泡池。由於我們帶兩個小孩，衹收了額外每人1萬日元的費用，包含了額外兩份小童早餐。有一個服務員會講中文，服務體貼周到。

一步入酒店，就受到熱情的招待。服務員笑容滿面，說話有禮，用簡單英語溝通完全沒問題。酒店不是新的，但保養得很好，整潔舒適，令人容易放鬆休息。面向阿蘇山，景色甚美。房間大，房內有私人溫泉，晚餐豐富味美。離阿蘇中岳約半小時車程，若包車或自駕遊，十分推薦。
