The mini fridge had food spilled and dried in it, the bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped there was pee on the floor around the toilet went to the front desk to talk to someone about it and there was a sign there saying they were helping customers and would be right back I waited over 15 minutes and got sick of waiting! Went to the pool in the morning and there were raisins peanuts and candy wrappers all over the floor around the pool and hot tub and wads of hair in the hot tub. The staff was very nice it was just a very dirty hotel

I dealt with a rude staff member. My thermostat in my room didnt work properly. My bathroom was not thoroughly clean to the point where I didnt wanna shower there. I had so many small issues that I ended up checking out after spending just 1 night of the 2 that I paid for. Would not recommend staying here

Our stay was very nice - our family came to Minneapolis under painful circumstances, but the staff was very gracious & made our time easier. Special kudos to Rhoda, who was amazing.

Quick Check in, Breakfast was easy and not a hassle. the juice machine broke and it was fixed within 5 minutes of it breaking. All of the employees were very respectful and helpful

Staff was very welcoming and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was not the greatest. Hallway and room carpets are very dirty and stained. Our first room was very smoky smelling (all the hotel is supposed to be smoke free). The front desk staff was very understanding and moved us to a different room. That room was ok. I would rate higher but the cleanliness was iffy. The carpet was very worn and dirty. I dont think it had been vacuumed for a while. Fingernail clippings on the floor by the bathroom etc. The staff recommended the restaurant the 50s Grill which is about 10 min away. The food was awesome. Would highly recommend that.

Loved everything about the place, but the carpet can use a little cleaning. Just has stain everywhere.

The lobby and everything outside the rooms are great but once you get inside the room it was horrible. It was scratch in the headboard like a cat had been in the room, and the curtain was hanging off. I have a baby and she couldn’t crawl on the floor because the Capet look old and disgusting and it was burn hold on the floor and on the curtains. When I went to give my 7month on a bath the water smelled like chlorine water me and my husband confirmed that. I went and told the older black lady with the short dreads at the front desk she came in and took a look and she said she didn’t smell nothing (as my daughter was sneezing) but ok and she just walked out and said she never heard that one before. As a front desk manager she didn’t do right about the situation at all.. she could let us go take a shower in a different room of something but no she just walked off talking under her breath, and it sucks that I have to drive 4 hours back to North Dakota with no bath we paid way to much money not to have a bath For a $100 hold on my card I expect a better stay I felt like I was at the motel 6 me and my family will never stay there again. The bathroom floor was sticky, and under the beds DEFINITELY needs to be swept and mopped!
