はじめての利用で3泊しました（16万/3泊）。一言で言えば、悪くないけど価格の割には一定以上の水準には達していない、でしょうか。まずスタッフが常駐していません（近くのイムギャーパレスの方にいるのかもしれません）。しかも必要時に電話をかけることになっていたのですが、電話が繋がりません（結果的にはKDDIの大規模通信障害の影響だったようですが、そのお知らせは各部屋に手紙を配るなどすべきでしょう）。なお接した時のスタッフの対応には大きな問題はありませんでした。部屋の設備は悪くありませんが、玄関ドアなど一部の建具が安っぽくリゾート風でなかったので興醒めしました。オートロックでもありません。トイレの裏のケーブルが埃だらけでしたが、それ以外は清掃も大きな問題はないと思います。プールの水も綺麗でしたし、お風呂も広くて独立シャワーも立派でした。部屋からはパーシャルオーシャンビューですが、いかんせん道路を挟んでいるのでオーシャンビューを楽しむ感じではありません。アメニティーはロクシタンで素晴らしかったです。冷蔵庫以外に冷凍庫も設置されていて、暑い時期にはありがたかったです。朝食は沖縄料理中心でとても美味しく、3泊しましたが毎日少しづつ変化をつけてくれて飽きることもありませんでした。総じて悪くないのですが高い満足度は得られず、近いうちに再訪しようという気持ちにはなりませんでした。
