"Nice location, nice room. Dinner was weird, not much choice l ordered steak which came with no fries and l wasn't asked how l wanted it cooked. My colleague had a burger which arrived without a bun and again no fries! Breakfast was interesting. Cold meats and stale bread (not a buffet). I'd recommend eating elsewhere."

"Driving to Camprodon (from Girona Airport) this is the first building, at the roundabout, so it couldn't be easier to find. The front door is sometimes locked during the day but there's a keypad at the door. Best not expect to be 100% understood when talking English cos this is not the Costa Brava. My room was perfectly adequate - nothing to complain about, that's for sure. Breakfast probably how it's done round here but, by English standards . . . let's call it quirky (but the coffee is wonderful). Staff are very friendly but not all of us speak Cantalan so communications can be short and sweet. The exits from the roundabout lead into town (where parking isn't easy) or to places of scenic splendour, as we expect when in the Pyrenees."

"We booked a room with them in October 2025 for two nights. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, we couldn't attend, and although we thought we had cancelled, we hadn't. When they called us and after confirming that we hadn't cancelled in time (we each thought the other had), we acknowledged our mistake and their cancellation policy. "It is a beautiful small stone hotel, to completely disconnect, with very beautiful views, the Mistic restaurant, although very expensive, is very good and beautiful. The pity is that the reception service is non-existent, the girl at the reception does not provide anything, they are all negative about everything. The treatment is not in keeping with the place, an example is that at breakfast the boy Alex (very friendly) is overwhelmed and the girl at the reception helps him, my husband asked for 2 coffees because he drinks 2 coffees every morning, and the girl in front of him Everyone with a self-sufficient face tells him that he can only order one per person, I was very embarrassed, my husband told him to charge for the coffee at whatever price he wanted but to give him two. That's not how you treat a client, and denying a coffee to a client who is staying in a suite and has eaten every day in the restaurant paying more than €100 for each meal seems very bad to me, don't say no, give him facilities, Tell him that the second coffee has a cost but telling him No and looking at him as if he were a criminal is very ugly. Another time I asked the same girl if I could order something at the restaurant to take to the room because I had a meeting and I wouldn't have time to eat in the restaurant due to the schedule, she told me no, the hotel is 10 km from the hotel. Nearest bar, of course? I was not convinced with the answer and went to the restaurant, the guy told me of course yes. In short, it is a very nice hotel but with little service, both in terms of staff and things, it is far from everything, and if the restaurant is closed you can't have anything. In a hotel like this the reception is key and is not up to par. There would be. to evaluate this aspect before booking."

"Clean and comfortable hotel in Ribes. We only stayed for one night, but parking was easy and the staff were friendly upon check-in. Rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and we slept well. Restaurant was great and we would return again if in the area."
