The foods and the drinks were top notch,I loved every bit of it I enjoyed the environment,and the hospitality The rooms are spacious and the privacy is wonderful Above all I loved meeting new friends that made me enjoy my stay here in Sentrim Castle Royal

The hotel staff is very Welcoming. At the restaurant they serve wonderful food. For comfortable stay I always prefer Sentrim Castle Royal.. Pros - Clean rooms Good Location Great Staff Good service Cos The only issue is a slow lift Sometime room cards don't work

The hotel has improved tremendously but you need to improve on quality of breakfast. I didn’t like the beef bacon at all. The staff are friendly always. Monica has remained a very good employee since I started patronizing the place since 2010

Great hotel to stay in..people are friendly, welcoming and kind, rooms are nice and clean...well done and keep it up. The hotel is also well maintained. We only had breakfast which was very nice and catered for vegetarians. The chef was also kind to help

The restaurant Loved the food and the service was top notch I'd definitely recommend. Got to see the rooms and they were absolutely clean. The environment is clean and they have fans everywhere.. Love the white themed restaurant.. it's totally giving luxury.

It was great stay with my family at Royal castle...rooms are very pleasant & clean, the beddings are excellent AC is so powerful with this hot weather it was so amazing comfortable to stay in the rooms...and the staff is so welcoming & professional..Good security, good parking space...breakfast different varieties food is delicious we stayed for 5 days its very kids friendly place and we really enjoyed our stay ..Nafisa GM of castle always available and doing very well very impressed 👏 Keep it up...this now is definitely our 2nd home in Mombasa..we recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Mombasa for business trip or conference or family trip its worth it👌...

It was excellent. Our management had a training and we were hosted nicely by Devine, Nicodemus and Mwangangi. They ensured we had all we wanted at all times. The other area was the food. It was so sweet and delicious, the waiters were patient and delivered quality service.

From the start to the end, everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was above and beyond. The hotel is well situated and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thanks for being a part of our memories. 😁
