Breakfast was great, the waiter, Daniel even made us coffee just the way we have it in Australia. Great customer service. The room was clean and our spa bath was lovely. We could see the sunset from our room and look over the mountains at breakfast. I highly recommend.

Amazing place, support and service. I will back with my family and friends soon. Food, breakfast and room is good and beautiful. Near downtown, but without noises and traffic. All employees know about all. We feel stay in our own house. Tks for all

A pousada é linda e aconchegante, um bom atendimento desde a chegada com o atendente Paolo que fez questão de nos mostrar os quartos disponíveis. Quanto ao quarto é um charme e a vista muito bonita. O café da manhã maravilhoso com um pão caseiro do Sr Luis e o atendimento do Daniel, enfim tivemos uma ótima experiência e com certeza voltaremos!

A Pousada é excelente! Os apartamentos muito bons e estão sempre super limpos! E ainda tem o restaurante Alameda Suíça, que é de propriedade da pousada, com excelentes opções de pratos. Considero um diferencial em relação aos demais restaurantes de Monte Verde. E toda a equipe da pousada é muito atenciosa, fazendo a gente se sentir em casa. Destaque para os funcionários que tivemos mais contato, Daniel, Pablo, Willer, Alexandre e Israel. Mas a equipe que cuida dos apartamentos também é excelente, só não temos os nomes delas. Enfim, tudo muito bom! Voltaremos com certeza!

Excelente recepção, café da manhã e estrutura, gostei demais. Vim com a minha família, foi uma ótima estadia. O café da manhã não e o melhor que já fui, mas ainda sim e muito bom e tudo bem gostoso. A estrutura dos quartos e ótima, cama gostosa, banheiros ótimos.

A experiencia no local foi muito boa. Otimo atendimento, instalacoes e café da manha, que é muito farto. Só a hidro precisava estar um pouco mais limpa (quando ligamos a bomba, creio que havia alguma sujeira interna que, com a água, foi exposta).
