Beautiful, charming, wonderful, friendly people and hotel. The whole town is like a step back in time. People know each other, they are not on their phones all the time and everyone is friendly. The Locanda was a special delight, with a good breakfast and excellent dinners in the evening. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the beds are great. Hopefully we will soon return.❤

Again dined here with a family party, and had a great time sitting outside while enjoying excellent food and wine. Definitely a top choice in the area, in the picture-postcard pretty little town of Montone.

Dovendo assistere agli spettacoli di "Umbria festival del cinema " di Montone, ho scelto di alloggiare nel centro del borgo. Era la mia prima volta a Montone sono andato un po per intuito . E devo ringraziere il mio intuito. Aver alloggiato presso la "Locanda del Capitano" è stata una esperienza stupenda. Superba professionalita , eccellente confort della stanza e amabilitò del personale. L'ideale per una vacanza nella zona di Montone. ci tornero'

Una cucina pensata, mai banale. Altissima qualità degli ingredienti. Un luogo dove la cucina diventa cultura. Ambiente curatissimo nei particolari ed una bellissima selezione di vini e distillati. Consigliatissimo
