Property is old, but the room was cleaned nicely. Was only one night so not much to add.

This hotel was very basic but I am a basic kind of girl lol
The room was clean and comfortable the beds were comfortable clean and fresh
service was good rhe people were friendly

The staff and friendly and the common areas have been updated. The rooms are clean but old. Some of the electrical sockets didn’t work for trying to power computers etc.

Room had a table made of literal plywood. Beds were Murphy beds that fold down from the walls. Bed frame broke immediately when we sat on the end. Everything smelled of mold and cigarettes. Left immediately and got refund, staff was polite about it.

Some of the facilities property e.g. desk lamp, alarm clock are not functional. A/C was making a lot of noise even on a Sleep mode. But over all, staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great stay. We were given one of the renovated rooms which was vey nine. Quiet and comfortable. Great location close to subway access and highway… no fighting city traffic!

Great location and close to everything. The room doesn't provide information on wifi, breakfast and we had to ask the reception desk. Also, we are a family of four but the room only provided two towels and we had to ask for additional towels.

Wasn’t clean, very loud heating/ac unit plus no sound insulation made it hard to sleep.

Great experience, we stayed in one of the suites and it was very comfy. Easy to get to from the highway and very close to the metro made it super convenient.

The price is reasonable, and the room is spacious. There's no complimentary water in the room, but there's an empty fridge provided. They give you a key, and you have your privacy, so you can lock yourself in and bring your own water and food. It's a good option if you just need a place to sleep for the night.
