Probably the best night's sleep I've had in India. This 110-year old former governor's house oozes with character and the owners CV and Sushma are extremely hospitable and chatting with the over dinner about the history of their ancestral home and on India in general was delightful. Gorgeous gardens, attentive staff and great food.

What an experience! This hidden treasure is located in the middle of the always busy Moradabad - just a few steps away from the hectic street life you’ll have the chance to treat yourself with quiet and calm comfort. Only a few rooms are available - a situation, that makes you feel even more home away from home - of course everything comes with a great and super friendly service, too…

Beautiful property with unique interior. Very polite and caring staff, comfortable rooms and good food. I enjoyed my stay at Nivah. I can recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Moradabad. Special thanks to the staff and Mr Yattendra.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel when we were visiting factories in the area. The hotel ***ager Yateendra Bhatt was especially attentive and the best host. All the staff was friendly and nothing was enough. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Very beautiful estate, lovely villa from historic times with beautiful surroundings and garden. Rooms are very well preserved in historic style. Very accomdating. We felt very much at home. Rooms are very clean and staff very friendly and caring. Highest recommendation from our side. If you pass the region, e.g. to get to Corbett National Park, don‘t miss your chance to stay here.

After a long day on the road, I can’t describe my relief as we drove through the gates at Nivah, Moradabad. From the moment we arrived we felt we’d arrived home after a gruelling journey. We were greeted by the warm and gentle ***ager, Yatteendra, who ensured every need was met during our stay, exceeding all expectations and did so with pleasure. This place is a peaceful haven; beautifully maintained, quiet and steeped in history. The suites are huge, clean and welcoming and the food is beautiful. Yatteendra told me he thought of his guests as family and that is exactly how I felt. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I love staying at Nivah! This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Nivah - and it is the only place I'll stay in Moradbad. Yatteendra Bahatt, the ***ager, is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He'll make sure everything is perfect. I also love their dinner and breakfast.
