Lady couldn’t find our reservation. Took 25 mins or longer. Bed’s are hard as hell. Heather wasn’t working only blew cold air all night.

I loved that our room was clean and the lady at the front desk went above and beyond helping us find an item we accidentally left behind. So grateful, hope to stay there again!

Unfortunately the elevator was not working and only had access to other floors by stairwell.

The staff was extremely friendly and I needed to use the business center to print something and it was easier than some 5 star hotels in big cities that I have stayed in. Very good experience!

They would not make more cookies like they are always supposed to have at the Hampton. Lady acted put out that I asked about them. I got horrible diarrhea after breakfast also and the bacon was paper this and tasted horrible.

Parking was tight as we had a horse trailer but we managed. Breakfast was just ok.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, mainly due to the staff.
Everyone was so friendly and kind, I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our stay has been great my only disappointment was when I contacted ********* about staying another night I was told that there wasn’t anything Available but when I called the hotel there once. So I listed a reward credit for the 2nd night.

There was mold in the bathroom and the shower seat was broken at the base that attaches to the wall.
