會宰中國人，我是4月28去的晚上12:00到。到了後給他訂單他不認，最後沒辦法我重新在附近找了一個酒店入住，兩天的時間，因為他不安排入住平台又過了退款時間，因為不熟後面他要求我線下付款，別人54一天我70一天就這樣被坑，5月1號那天，又有兩個中國人來又不讓人家住，人家都在網上付費了就是不安排入住。大通鋪有***跟一起住

工作人員不會英文 要軟件翻譯一下 離列寧格勒火車站不是很遠走路20分鐘 周圍有賣吃的店 也不用走很遠 衞生條件很一般

Должны были переночевать 1 ночь. Администратор сделал всё, чтобы нас не заселить. До этого 2 раза звонила в хостел уточнить можно ли оставить утром вещи, а заселиться вечером. Ответ админа по телефону был положительный. В итоге в день приезда этот же админ сначала отказал в оставлении вещей, потом кое-как согласился после долгих препираний. Якобы «вы не можете оставить вещи, мы не несём за них ответственность». После этого отвёл нас в общую комнату, где хранился багаж абсолютно всех жителей хостела. Вопрос: в чем был смысл препираний, если все вещи хранятся в одной каморке? Не понятно. Около 23:00 приехали вновь, уже окончательно заселиться. Сначала админ сообщил, что нет одного комплекта полотенец (нас было двое). Альтернативы никакой не предложил. Потом выяснилось, что нет и комплекта постельного белья. Слова админа: «Я передал руководству, они не привезли, я ничего не могу сделать. Поблизости есть другие хостелы». И это сервис?? Я была в ужасе. Клиентоориентированности - ноль. В 12 часу ночи пришлось искать новое жильё. Спасибо, хостел Авиатор Рус 👌🏼
