Must give a bad review!! The hotel toilet has no door lock. When cleaning the room, they opened the door and came in without caring about the toilet. There is no sense of boundaries!

The room was very noisy. The music and the noise from the hall made it impossible to sleep. Communication was fruitless.

one of the best hotels I have been, great staff, kind, friendly, never a bad gesture or a bad face, they helped me with everything I needed, great restaurant, I would return without hesitation. It’s a very nice hotel with spacious rooms in the city center. Just 2 kms away from the Kremlin. Both Arbat streets are 2-3 minutes away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating too.

My hotel in Moscow is brosko very beautiful and clean hotel. Brosko is situated in arbat area heart of the city. Breakfast is so good and rooms are very neat and clean. Hotel lobby is also beautiful and hotel staff is very helpful and smiley faces best hotel in Moscow ❤️❤️❤️

All previous negative reviews are true. Room 220, windows facing the street. The floor is icy, as if there is no ground floor underneath. The battery is airy, that is, it is also icy. The staff was aware and did nothing. The climate was slightly warm at 30 degrees, but only from above and this was clearly not enough to keep from freezing. It was blowing so hard from the window that I had to block it with their own curtains, but that didn’t help either. Since the reservation was corporate, moving was impossible. Never choose this hotel in winter, otherwise you will sleep in a fur coat. Everything in the bathroom is ice cold too. In general, if not for this big minus, which cancels out all the pluses, the furnishings in the room are standard, the bed is comfortable, the minibar is empty, there is hot water. The restaurant is not bad.

If you don't want to freeze, don't come to this hotel. In winter, at sub-zero temperatures, the water in the sewer freezes. We stopped by on 01/04/24 late in the evening. In the room, neither a large radiator with an air conditioner can cope with the temperature; it does not get warmer even with 2 more radiators and additional ones. blanket My husband and I really regretted that we didn’t believe the autumn reviews and guest reviews from last winter - nothing has changed, it’s cold in the hotel. We were forced to move to another hotel at night, having overpaid for the reservation at the last moment by 2 times. The hotel management doesn't care. Any Ibis hotel, even 3*, is better! Room 221 Superior Never stay at this place! We lived from January 1 to January 3! As soon as we checked in we realized that the room was 🥶 oak! It was blowing from the windows, there were 2 heaters in the room, they brought us extra. Blankets, but that didn’t help! There was even an ice socket) and it was impossible to go to the toilet without outerwear!! The icing on the cake - the bathroom faucet didn't work today!! At the reception - Anastasia, the girl explained it by the frost! Seriously? Minus 20 for your hotel, is this the apocalypse? A very good restaurant at the hotel, and a spa with a C grade. Conclusion, everyone who wrote that the hotel was good apparently had rooms facing the atrium! Our room was facing the street. They couldn’t overpower us, explaining that there were no free rooms! On January 1, a young man (Anton???) checked in with us, he did everything he could, thanks to him ☺️

In fact, only the entrance group lived up to expectations. The room's advantages include a full set of towels, slippers and bathrobes. Jars with aromatic gels, etc., a toothbrush with toothpaste. There is a hygienic shower in the bathroom. The shower cabin has a regular and very large rain shower type head. Of the minuses, there was a view of a garbage dump, although there was a view of the city, strange white spots on the curtains, burnt flooring, wallpaper that was far from fresh. Breakfast is a complete disappoin**ent... poor and monotonous. Restaurant workers leave mountains of trash in the aisles and take their time to clean it up. Overall disappointed with the price-quality ratio. A relative plus is the location.
