The hotel is a bonus program of the country's leading airline and the accommodation has been paid for the accumulated miles. The hotel was chosen by the subway line (from M ”Sokol” in 10 minutes walk), relatively close to Sheremetyevo Airport. Residency to the hotel in 14-00. We arrived earlier (in 13-00), in 15 minutes we were settled in room 321. Elevator is. Wi-Fi works at the recipient and in the room. The room is spacious. The room has a TV, a top dressing locker, a dressed closet, a phone, a refrigerator, a fan. Water bottles are provided (free), soap, shampoo, shower gel, towel, one-time slippers, glasses. The cooler with cold, hot water is on the floor. The breakfast in value is included, passes from 7-00 to 10-00 on working days and from 8-00 to 11-00 on weekends. The dining room is located on the 1st floor, next to the recipient. We left early in the morning, not breakfast. Around the elevator is a guard, checks the room card at the entrance (see the room number). So the security of the guests is secure. Staff is kind, tactical. The hotel left a very pleasant impression.

This is a boutique hotel with all the facilities of a business hotel. Very nicely priced and at a very convenient location. It’s close to two Metro stations Dinamo and Beloruskaya. Rooms are nice and cozy. Breakfast spread is a real nice one. Everyone can find a food for self in the breakfast spread. Staffs are very courteous and supportive. They do have English speaking staffs. They have big and small conference rooms. We did our business presentation to our clients during the stay. Rooms are neat and clean.

К самому номеру нет претензий. Скромный, чистый, аккуратный. Как всегда все дело в людях. Девушке на ресепшн явно пора отдохнуть. Чтобы не задавать глупых вопросов гостям. И не закатывать глаза, когда у гостя есть какая-то проблема. Меня их настроение вообще не должно волновать. Отдельное ”спасибо” сотрудникам ресторана, где был бизнес ланч. Я спросил, где можно поесть. Меня отправили в ибис через дорогу. Поел, оплатил, ухожу. Мне кричат вслед и тормозят вопросом, оплатил ли я заказ перед тем, как уходить. Что за бред? Спроси сначала у своего официанта. А потом догоняй меня с глупыми вопросами. Просто 0 из 10 по впечатлениям.

”Арт Москва Войковская”, на мой взгляд, можно охарактеризовать как современный бизнес-отель в достаточно бюджетной ценовой категории, не без оснований претендующий на оригинальность дизайна, предназначенный прежде всего для людей без избыточно завышенных претензий и ожиданий. Расположен отель достаточно далеко от исторического центра Москвы (путь на метро до центра займет минут 40-50), но его целевую аудиторию и составляет те, чьи интересы, деловые или личные, так или иначе находятся в пределах данной локации. Путь к отелю от метро ”Войковская” занимает минут десять пешком. С одной стороны ведущей к нему улицы находится старый жилой район, с другой стороны - промышленная зона и железная дорога. Кстати, именно эта железная дорога приносит некоторые неудобства постояльцам - при открытом окне ее слышно на любом этаже отеля, при закрытом - тоже, но уже в пределах терпимости. Заселение в моем случае прошло моментально, так как происходило уже после 14 час. Для постояльцев с ранним приездом или поздним выездом есть комната для хранения багажа, как по мне, так достаточно безопасная и удобная. Кроме того, можно подождать заселения в лобби-баре (довольно годный кофе!), или в ресторане на втором этаже (знаю, что он там есть, но посетить не пришлось, так что оценивать его не возьмусь). Оснащение номера стандартное для отеля данной звездности (см. фото), с некоторой претензией на арт-дизайн, но без навязчивых изысков. В целом могу сказать, что номер мне показался достаточно функциональным и уютным. В номере есть чайник и набор простых чайных-кофейных пакетиков, мыло-шампуни-гели также обновляются регулярно, без специального запроса. Уборка вполне качественная, смена белья за 3 дня мне не понадобилась. Сотрудники отеля в целом показались профессиональными, доброжелательными, но без фанатизма. Улыбок в адрес клиента можно было бы и побольше, а так чувствуется некоторая отстраненность. Резюме: с моей точки зрения, по критерию ”цена-качество” отель вполне соответствует как своей звездности, так и ценовой категории, занимая собственную, достаточно узкую потребительскую нишу. Смогу рекомендовать его своим знакомым, но только в том случае, если им потребуется остановиться именно в данном районе, все-таки для обще-экскурсионных целей по Москве он не подходит.

After I came up and asked for information before the calls, I got the answer: ”Okay.” You serious??? No apology, just a hamstring. Well, there is no cleaning, I asked why. I didn't hear anything clear: first they said that cleaning once 3 days, then after a day. After all they said to clean up. I went on business several times, but cleaning is not. And when I came with the products in 18.00 they allowed to clean up. I do not recommend this place because there is no service here and normal relationship is unlikely to wait. Yes, the luggage they keep a limited time, then the supplement. And it is stored under the stairs!

В номере было чистенько, ремонт такой себе, через полностью закрытое окно тянуло, пришлось плотно завешивать окна, на коврах вековые пятна от химии. Самая печаль получилась по оплате. Хотел забронировать через Яндекс, точно помню, что было 4 т.р. с небольшим за стандарт, но из-за того, что не понимал, как потом отчитывать перед бухгалтерией, забронировал по телефону. При этом уточнил цену, она была такой же как на сайте. Уточнил, что мне нужен будет ранний заезд, в районе 7 утра и поздний выезд после 17 часов. Мне было озвучено, что ранний заезд - пол стоимости, а поздний выезд до 18 бесплатно. По приезду оказалось, что номер стоит больше 5 т.р., что было больше лимитов, которые мне были выделены организацией и, что оплатить нужно сразу за все проживание. Попросил убрать завтрак, для того, чтобы вписаться в лимиты, но мне сообщили, что тогда тариф будет еще больше. Поняв, что не все гладко еще раз уточнил про поздний выезд при заезде и меня уверили, что он до 18 бесплатен. Пришлось заселяться, т.к. времени искать другой отель не было. В последний день, вернулся раньше запланированного, но карта в номер оказалась заблокированной. Потребовали доплату за поздний выезд, я попросил объяснить, на каком основании у меня просят доплату, если указано время выезда 18.00 и я полностью при заезде должен оплатить проживание и оплатил его? Ответа не получил, сотрудники с каменными лицами сообщили, что если я не оплачу, то мне в доступе в номер будет отказано и я не смогу забрать вещи. Пришлось оплачивать. Когда попал в номер и собрал вещи, позвонил на рецепшн и уточнил с какого времени у них поздний выезд и оказалось, что поздний выезд еще не наступил и у меня еще есть 30 минут. Получается, что сотрудники отеля необоснованно заблокировали карту и шантажом заставили заплатить за услугу, которая мне не была оказана. Я потребовал возврат средств за поздний выезд и выехал из гостиницы. Деньги за поздний выезд мне вернули. Повторно в этот отель не поеду, обманывают со стоимостью и услугами.
