Узкая комната, зеркала расширяют её визуально. Всё бы хорошо, но ПЯТНА портят всё настроение:пятна на полотенце, на диване, на ковре.

Останавливались в этом отеле на неделю. Единственный плюс-местоположение. Номер маленький и уставший. Уборка тоже не на лучшем уровне. Просили вкрутить лампочку 3-4 дня подряд и в итоге перед нашим отъездом вкрутили. Под кроватью грязно, душевая в плесени, диван в пятнах, синтепон в подушках весь скомкался, полотенца застиранные, кровать сломанная. Когда сдавали номер, удивило общение менеджера, и его возмущение о том, что на простыне пятна.... простите, а зачем вы мне номер дали с грязным диваном и грязными полотенцами????? Первые 2 дня в номере даже не убирали. И после неоднократного обращения на ресепшн всё-таки убрали. В номер въехали после 16:00 тк он был не убран. А вот выселится нас попросили во время, и то что номер задержали при вселении ничего страшного, ведь нам был предложен номер на последнем этаже, и то что у меня было 2 детей и Коляска это никого не волновало. Вообщем ну так себе сервис.....
