Замечательный отель в очень удобном месте. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации, теплый прием, лучшие сотрудники! В отеле есть лифт. Проживание с ребенком было комфортным.

Заселение было очень нудно и медленное ) завтрак ужас , если заказывать в этом отеле номер , лучше не берите завтрак, он ужасен , завтра утром принесли как сухой поек , жалко не сфотографировала. Не рекомендую для путешествий, и отдых с семьей) командированным удобно ! Ок

The receptionist (a man, Sergei, hope he doesn't work there anymore) was exceptionally rude. The "restaurant" is a sad set of dark grey tables and chairs in the reception area. The walls are the same dark grey color which makes for a very depressing ambience. And the one thing one should expect to be fantastic, which is the location, turned out to be a disappointment too, because the entrance to the hotel is so discreet you can't notice it unless you know what it looks like, and when you call the reception to ask them for instructions on how to get there, they never answer. Add to it the fact that the shower had a huge draft and they forgot to give us coffee (which was promised in our reservation) and toilet paper (come on, is it too much to ask?). Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

Room was too small, ceiling had changing height as it was on the last floor. Soundproofing in the room was bad I could hear my neighbors everywhere.

Номер чистый, но очень маленький, отличается от фото на сайте в разы, узенькие проходы по краям кровати, если садишься за стол дверь в туалет и ванну не откроешь. Завтраки вкусные, но порции маленькие, сами не готовят, привозят доставкой, правда были всегда тёплые. Общее впечатление хорошее, гостиница находится рядом с центром, за 40 минут прогулочные шагом можно дойти до красной площади, метро рядом пешком 10 минут. Администрация не заинтересована к возврату клиентов от слова совсем, останавливались в отеле по работе при получении не выдали подтверждающие документы, видно не до поняли на ресепшене, сканы прислали и то потому что попался парень ответственный, а вот с оригиналами все сложнее уже 2 месяца писем в головной офис и не какой реакции , просто не отвечают и все. Кому нужны документы не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле .

Остановились в этом отеле в новогодние праздники от турагентства. Отель 4 звезды , но на самом деле 0 звезд. Персонал не в курсе сколько звезд в их отеле ….На фотографиях отель действительно смотрится неплохо , но в жизни все по-другому . Нет вывески у отеля. Рядом с отелем находится множество точек с продажей еды… весь этот запах стоит в номере … вытяжки от точек с питанием гудели громко и было слышно в номер. Такое чувство что мы жили в какой-то блинной - запах просто невыносимый. Завтраки на троечку ( не все было вкусно). Завтраки приносят в номер в пакете от доставки … на фотографиях отеля казалась подача завтрака совершенно другой-приукрашенной. Чистота в номере обеспечивалась почти каждый день. Меняли полотенца , выдавали шампуни и гель для душа. Единственный плюс этого отеля - это близко расположенное метро и большая , удобная кровать . Подушки неудобные.
