Location is very good. The property is clean and while I would not call it luxury apartment by any stretch, the facilities and the amenities are OK. The bed was not comfortable though and kitchen utensils lacked some basic things, such as glasses (only two mugs), tea spoons, etc.
The management and communication were terrible. It started with the check-in: despite contacting the property in advance and receiving an assurance that someone would let me in, there was nobody to meet me. The key was hidden somewhere under construction materials at the entrance and took me for a while to find it. Moreover, despite the fact that I had booked the stay for nine nights through *******, the management said they only received a booking for eight nights. After long negotiations I was offered an extra night "at no extra charge" (?) but I had to move to another apartment for the final night which was a hassle and they did not offer any means of transportation so I had to pay for the taxi to move out of my pocket. I still don't know whether it was their fault or *******'s fault, but I did pay ******* for nine nights and my booking on the ******* site clearly said so. I tried to contact ******* both through its regular service number and the "VIP" number (I have gold status), but all I could get was the "virtual agent" who was not help. Extremely disappointed in ******* service too this time.
