I would give this hotel 3 stars not 5. Rooms look tired and service reminds me the old Soviet times. Nobody smiles to you.

The best hotel service have experienced in my entire life till date. Amazing experience. Super classic. The staffs smile always. And great food. Love them all there. Really awesome. Salute to those staffs working there. Especially, the manger at the front desk called ‘Sergei ‘. He is a gem. One in millions may be. Will always stay there in my future trips.

Были на новый 2022 год. Прекрасное место для встречи нового года. Красиво и в самом центре Москвы. Нас прекрасно встретили, ребенку подарили подарок, машину можно поставить во дворе. У нас был большой тихий и очень красивый номер. Спасибо отелю Руссо балт за новогоднюю атмосферу. Мы вернёмся.

Продуманный интерьер и очень вкусная еда в ресторане, особенно рекомендую гастрономический ужин. В номерах даже меню подушек есть, от самых мягких до совсем жестких👍 Приятный персонал, тихий и чистый отель) В моем номере был французский балкон с видом во внутренний двор.

Полное отсутсвие сервиса, не то чтобы багаж помогли занести-там просто один человек на ресепшене даже жалко,отсутвует нормальный рум сервис ,что уж говорить про консьерж...Отель точные две звезды на трассе.Других оценок не может быть, а жаль и здание и место у него неплохое.

Отель небольшой, камерный, расположен в самом сердце Москвы, в историческом особняке. Интерьеры приятны для глаз, в светлых пастельных тонах. У номеров соответствующей категории - прекрасный вид на Гоголевский бульвар и площадь. Персонал вполне вежлив и предупредителен. Большой выбор подушек - сну здесь уделяют внимание) В отеле есть отличный ресторан высокой русской кухни Auduvan (Одуван) - очень вкусно. Да, в центре Москвы этим не все могут похвастаться - во внутреннем дворике есть небольшая парковка.
