Rest at the hotel during the holiday on March 8, 2022. There were still awkward restrictions and maybe so there were few people in the hotel. It is very strange to read negative reviews. The staff attitude is beautiful, I was called in the room several times and wondered if I had everything good, and on March 8, a gift was given, taking it into the room. Then the Lounge zone was still in operation and she struck me with her delicious tastes and a wonderful atmosphere. The spa area with the pool and the jacuzzi is good. The only factor that has a little bit upset is the 24-hour building under the hotel windows. But there's no hotel guilt here. In general, I liked it very much. The Anturage of Leningrad I am impressed and he did not press and press.

Большая кровать, тумбочки, телефон, телевизор, сейф,небольшой диванчик, журнальный стол, ещё один большой стол, можно работать за компьютером, можно покушать.Кофемашина со всем необходимым для приготовления кофе. Две бутылки воды бесплатно. Минибар. Так как приехали отметить мой ДР, отель подарил небольшую бутылочку брюта и фрукты.Халаты, тапочки - все есть. Ванная хорошая: душевая,вся сантехника villeroy@boch, качественная косметика, мягкие полотенца. У нас в проживание входили завтраки. Завтраки качественные, все необходимое есть, даже микро зелень была, что очень порадовало. Шампанское тоже есть на завтрак:)) Завтрак- шведский стол, кофе подают официанты.Кофе хороший. В стоимость проживания входит посещение бассейна,сауны и хамам. Все остальные процедуры надо оплачивать( ну как везде). Очень неплохо. Около отеля есть парковка, мест маловато, но мы ставили всегда машину. Отель понравился. Все очень достойно. Рекомендую.

Overall, the hotel really liked it. Super convenient rooms, good cleaning, shower gel, shampoo of the favorite company. Location excellent, not noisy. The only minus - was very bad Internet in the room. At the respiratory we were told that they would soon be fixed, but the gluks in the work were. Breakfasts at the hotel are terribly expensive. Take cheese, cache and egg Benedict. The taste is good, but without special decoration and additional toppings, which was very lacking. Have made breakfast very long. The hotel is located near Leningrad Railway Station. The subway is Komsomolskaya Station. The location is very convenient. It is 20 minutes by taxi from Red Square. The decoration of the hotel is fairly new, clean and tidy, at a normal 4-5 star level. The lobby restaurant on the first floor has average food, but the environment is very good. We (4 ladies) stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe King Room (40 m²). A Deluxe room is a larger guest room than the superior one. This room was very comfortabale and well designed. The bathroom was large and well equipped. There is a towel warmer & electric rack dryer for a quick wash. Etro toiletries are provided daily. The Breakfast is great with large variety. I really liked the semolina porridge; it was light and tasty; and the Benedict (well poached) eggs served on soft English muffin with (NOT so eggy flavored) hollandaise sauce was perfect. St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya is the only hotel in the centre of Moscow offering full Butler Service to every guest of every room type. My butler was the sweet and amazing, Mr. Yousef. The dining room was magnificent and there was a fountain in the middle of the hall - there were squid and Japanese goldfish. The downside of the hotel is that there is no parking lot of its own. For friends, the car needs to be parked in the ”Children's World” paid parking lot, 200 rubles per hour. (300 rubles per hour during the day)

The Garden Inn is situated to the north east of Moscow. I took a Yandex taxi from Domodedovo airport at a cost of around 1250 roubles. The journey time was just over an hour as the traffic was quite heavy. The nearest metro station to the hotel is Krasnoselskaya on the red line 1. It’s around ten minutes away on foot. In the current snowy conditions, the early part of the walk is a little treacherous under foot near to the hotel. Bearing in mind the conditions, I opted for a taxi on my departure to Leningradsky station rather than risk the one mile walk in the snow and ice. My room was very good, with modern fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was decent although there was no tub. Slippers and bathrobe were provided, as were a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and two bottles of water supplied each day. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. Not much choice in the way of fruit and yoghurt. The hot food was more geared for the Russian palate but I did enjoy the cheese and herring. There was also a good choice of pastries. I used the in house restaurant for dinner which was really good (reviewed elsewhere). The bar was pleasant and the drinks reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and pointed me to the correct paperwork before my visit for the iVisa tourist voucher. I stayed for two nights and the cost was a very reasonable £90.

Everything about this place is just perfect! . Close to Line 1, few minutes walking distance from Krasnoya Varota Exit 2 station. Great neighbourhood and easy to find. I think I've never stayed any place more clean then this one. You get everything you need, slippers, towels. It is a small room but spotlessly clean with comfy bed. Everyone was so friendly and polited, breakfast was tasty and fresh. I would stay here every time.

Овсянка и рис на молоке, блинчики с джемом, сосиска и жаренное яйцо, варенное яйцо. Эти блюда каждый день выбираете по 2 на человека. Шведский стол-йогурт, хлопья, чай, кофе с автомата, сок(компот), колбаса, сыр, батон. Завтраки проходят на первом этаже. Есть гладильная, стоит стиральная машинка. Метро в 5 минутах ходьбы. Красная площадь 20мин на метро (40 пешком). Продуктовый магазин минут 5-7 от отеля. Администраторы вежливые. Из минусов-это слышимость. Стены очень тонкие, слышны негромкие разговоры, как будто человек рядом. Поэтому , если с соседями не повезёт, будет некомфортно. В любом случае отель рекомендую, все понравилось.

Further minus : in the room is hot, hot, humid, no noise insulation, it is impossible to fit in this cell of Pope Carlo, all 2m2 takes two layers, which is easy to break legs up. 6m2 in this horror is not even close, less coupe in the train. Kitchen one name device is, and the technique, but only one person can use. Snowozles combined 2 and 1 separate toilet and it is 20 rooms!!! 1 small refrigerator for 20 rooms again!!! With the return of funds carrying complete nonsense, the brain is included only after complaint of Rospotrebnadzor and written claim. To be placed in this corridor can only be small up to 150cm and light up to 50kg person and one. The others will lie hidden, without any ventilation. Worse only on the prison chunk.

We arrived at 3 nights to Msk, at 10 a.m. the train to Peter, began to watch where you could sleep for a few hours near Leningrad Station. I understood that there was a compartment. I want to express my opinion about this hotel. I came on a trip so everything was paid by the company. As for settlement, there was no delay in settlement. Rooms: furniture is old, very tired, doors scratched. But, mattresses with pillows are very convenient, sleeped better than at home. The bathroom furniture is cheap but clean, not old (except for pins, and dispensers for napkins), the closet holds on two top bolts, when opened, constantly departs from the wall, that and look will fall off. Hot water lives in general, pressure is weak, half an hour adjusts, the hike is boilers. Food: it's something....I won't see, but it's not delicious, on the three, cheap food, meat there is not recommended, watery, frozen, low quality. Останавливалась в отеле на три дня. Я в полном восторге. Отель расположен в центре, но в очень тихом переулке. Окна выходят в закрытый дворик, никого там за все время не встретила :) В самом отеле тоже было очень тихо. Номер небольшой, очень теплый, вполне уютный. Опреденно, есть своя атмосфера. Всё чистое, в рабочем состоянии. Персонал максимально приветливый и милый. Отелю, как мне сказали, более 130 лет. Было бы странно увидеть внутри интерьеры в стиле хай-тек, поэтому претензии по типу ”внутри совок” мне вовсе непонятны. Был включен завтрак. На выбор несколько блюд+чай или кофе. Все очень вкусно, подают быстро. Единственное, к чему можно придраться, так это к тому, что кафе находится в подвале. И интерьер на любителя. Мне напомнило фильм ”Американский оборотень в Париже” :) немного жутко и не хватает музыки. Окончательно растаяла, когда обнаружила в номере конвертик с поздравлением с Днем Рождения :) Если это не клиентоориентированность, то что? Я обязательно вернусь туда снова.
