Bay Lodge on the Beach

Really nice stay, the best view, friendly staff, very nice rooms. Definately recommend! Sea view luxury suites are the one's to book.

Lovely hotel - fabulous views from the presidential suit on 1st floor. Very spacious & had everything we needed. Just a few mins drive (or beach walk 25 mins) to restaurants. Bed super comfy & had the benefit of mini kitchenette although we didn’t use it. Only negative was poor WiFi (not strong enough for Netflix etc)

This is a great guesthouse. Everything was lovely and clean, the bed was lovely and comfortable and the view from the deck is beautiful. The sunsets and sunrises are fantastic! The food selection for breakfast was fab too, so much to choose from! Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying here!

Not matching the expectation. The room and bathroom were smaller than expected. No service in the evening, The view was stunning but the room wasn't very cleaned (carpet not vacuumed) . A great disappointment, Restaurants and coffee shop not in the vicinity. Staff not paying attention to the customers.

Wonderful stay at this little oasis right on the beach! Gorgeous rooms with every amenity you could need! Nothing hasn’t been thought of! There is a lovely long stretch of beach in front for walks and swimming. Great stay and service overall. Good Breakfast!

At arrival we were told wait we are fixing the jacuzzi. We had to dress for our wedding and asked that they allow us in for dressing and fix while we go to the wedding. Returned to the broken jacuzzi. The coffee machine was broken. When we reported this the personnel's answer was snotty and rude. Never to return. Will spread the news. Really unpleasant first night of our honeymoon.

Presidential suite. Lovely luxury room. Views were exceptional. Great value. Property is well maintained and staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. We ate outside and enjoyed the stunning view. Will definitely be back.

The first impression after a mess due to unqualified people at the booking was nice. A closer look has given a different perspective of the location. It has been mentioned that they are fully booked at the time of our stay. Then we do not have understood there was no Orange juce, no croissants, no cheese for two days. We have had to ask few times if we must chance the room for the last night. No answer just that the “managerin” Michelle will come back to us. Nothing happend. While we have visited Knysa (1 1/2h from Mosslebay) we have received a email at around 12:30 midday - not even a phone call!!!! that we must change our room!!!! Due to this they have messed up our holiday because we had to come back to the guesthouse were they have moved us already to a different room. In other words they have touched our privacy unlikely and have put it like they have put us in front of the door!!!! Everthing just has been put in bags. All this because of the incompetence of Michelle as the manager on duty!!! We have been traveled so much in our life but never experienced something like this! It is a no go to pack guests stuff and move them while they are not around and it has not been even their fault.

My stay at the accommodation was a delightful experience and recommendations of Bay Lodge will certainly be shared. The staff members were all friendly and accommodating. One of your staff, Noxi gave great service and she welcomed and assisted me with the best possible service.
