STAY WAS AMAZING, FOOD WAS ALSO GOOD SPECIALLY THE GARDEN AREA IS MIND BLOWING, OVERALL STAY WAS AMAZING N COMFARTABLE , BOTH FAMILY N COUPLES BOTH ARE VERY SAFE & COMFARTABLE HERE. SUPPORTING STAFF MR NATWAR SINGH & KAMLESH RANA THEY WERE VERY HELPFULL.

I was stayed at royal garden mount abu and this stay was total price less and pathetic. About service so you have to find out the vaters and staff like they were playing us hide n seek there is no proper ***agement no one is educated in this hotel about ***ager natwar is so rude to us and always abuse and full of drunk when we ask to check out his reply is nahi hoga jo karna hai kr le ja tu mera kuch ni ukhad sakta we were scared and go to sleep without any meal at the time of check out he is asking for serving tip to his staff means I confused whats going on I request to the owner to convert this hotel into dhaba either change the whole staff there no one is capable to handel this type of situation always they are ready to beat you if you were argue to this people. False -False-False Accomodation

Well maintained property with close vicinity to Nakki Lake. One can take a walk from the hotel to the market and reach the lake. The staff is courteous and makes your stay pleasant. Nice clean rooms and a well maintained property.

Truly amazing experience There are only 6 or 8 rooms in front side and rest some tent type rooms are available, Location : is just opp govt.musuem and main Abu road, If you have 6 to 8 couples then u will enjoy a lot , This is Not a 5 start property but pocket to pocket it depends , in Abu few 5 star category hotels r available, as per Abu location it's fantastic, food was great but kinda home stay no such restaurants bt rooms were good and some Normal food was available as per requirement, I recommend this place care take was fine not so professional bt we enjoyed stay, Surly add pics as we had visited this place in MARCH2020 so will add really beautiful pics soon

The ambience and food is very good. Loved the location with greenery all around. Ordered batter fried calamari which was fabulous. Had read good reviews about French fries and rightly so. The seafood sizzler was ok and highly priced for the quantity

Property is beautiful...spacious ...tidy and with awesome views. Staff behaviour is well ***nered and friendly. Food quality is really great ... All services other than delivering food in the room are quick... Overall I had a great experience staying at Royale Palace
