"Given that this hotel is situated in a complete rural area they offer a really high standard. The room is very clean, spacious and comes with phenomenal view over the village and ricefields. You got aircon, bathroom with wet-dry area separation and hit water. There is even a heating blanket provided for cold nights. The hotel is within walking distance to viewing platforms and provides a rooftop terrace for watching sunset and sunrise over the ricefields. I had a great stay!"

While the facilities are certainly not on par with star-rated hotelsâthe shower drain was slightly cloggedâit's quite good for a guesthouse in a scenic area."

TTiantianshiWe originally planned to stay here for one day, but after arriving, we found the scenery so beautiful and the guesthouse so nice that we decided to stay another day. Honestly, if we hadn't already planned our subsequent itinerary, we would have loved to stay here for half a month. The rice terraces are, in my opinion, the most beautiful scenery in Guizhou. I highly recommend everyone stay here when they visit!

GGuest UserThe homestay is just below the No. 1 observation deck. It is very convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning. The scenery seen in the room is even more beautiful than the one seen on the observation deck. You can see the terrace scenery while lying on the bed, and the location of the homestay is excellent. The room was very clean, and the towels were sealed in plastic bags, which was very safe to use.
The housekeeper service of the young lady is responsive and helped us arrange vehicles to other observation decks. Afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast are also delicious.
I spent a very happy two days in the terraces of Jiabang, and living here made the two days experience perfect.

ZZhinanyouxiThe location of the room and the view are good. The environment is full, and the service can give 3 points. The little girl at the front desk also tried her best to meet the needs. The attitude has been very good.
The hardware is considered to be the top three hotels in the scenic area.

1 The boss asked a little girl to be responsible for all matters. We had 2 big boxes and 2 small boxes. We had a lot of luggage. We arrived at night and it rained in the mountains. After getting off the bus, we went uphill all the way. We were very embarrassed and greeted the hotel in advance, but in the end, my sister came late and saw that it was a emaciated girl who came to help. Busy, we also have a little unbearable to blame.
2 There is no road suitable for luggage to be dragged up at the entrance of the hotel. It is difficult to carry.
3 We came down for breakfast at about 9 o'clock. The hotel didn't seem to have prepared our portion. Others prepared temporary arrangements for us.

Eecho2158Our stay began with a slight hiccup regarding the room type, but the owner, a pleasant young man, sincerely resolved it. Among accommodations in Jiabang, this guesthouse stands out for its pleasant environment. It's clean, and the rooms are spacious. For Jiache Village, the facilities are quite decent, and the location is excellent, conveniently situated on the road to Observation Deck #6.
However, there were a few downsides. First, for guests staying multiple nights, daily room cleaning and replenishment of disposable toiletries are not standard. We noticed our room hadn't been serviced on the afternoon of our second day and had to request items from the owner. Second, our room was unfortunately situated directly above the kitchen's exhaust vent. During meal preparation, cooking fumes would waft into the room, making it impossible to open the windows. It was quite frustrating to keep them closed in such a fresh-air environment. Third, being a mountainous region, there's quite a bit of wildlife, so guests should be cautious. On our last morning, venturing out early around 6 AM, we encountered a small snakeâabout finger-thick and 30-40cm longâcrawling near the first-floor staircase. Thankfully, my husband, who was ahead, didn't step on it, and we quickly walked around. This was the fifth snake we'd seen in our two weeks in Guizhou, but the others were unfortunately roadkill; this one was alive. While I understand this might be common in mountainous regions, guesthouses should ideally have measures in place to handle such encounters to prevent alarming guests.
It's not easy for a young entrepreneur to run a guesthouse, and I hope its operations become more streamlined, eventually becoming a top accommodation choice for visitors. đ”

Ssandy jinThe room was on the third floor with a beautiful view. Sitting by the window drinking tea was very pleasant. The guesthouse is right by the main road, very close to Viewpoint No. 1, just a 3-minute walk, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the stairs are too narrow, making going up and down a bit inconvenient. However, there's a terrace downstairs where you can sit and watch the clouds rise and see the sunrise in the morning. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the squat toilet wasn't quite what I was used to!

GGuest UserI rushed to the âJiabang Terracesâ scenic spot yesterday afternoon. On the roadside only about 200 meters away from the âNo. 1 Observation Deckâ, there was a âJiabang Terraces Movie Friends' Homeâ with a good wooden structure that attracted me and I entered the store. After asking the operator, Mr. Wang Zhongkai, about the accommodation and meals, I felt that the price-performance ratio was good and it was close to the main observation deck. It met the requirements of a tourist who likes photography, so I booked a room online without hesitation. After checking in, I felt that the room was very spacious and clean. The dinner was not expensive but I was satisfied with it. The shop owner was considerate and tolerant, and also introduced the situation of the scenic spots. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Wang and will go again if I have the opportunity!

Even if we arrived at the inn very late, the uncle was still very enthusiastic and happy to carry our luggage for us. I got up very late in the morning and the aunt also cooked us a bowl of hot rice noodles. It was a very warm trip. Itâs right to set here, let alone how much basic hygiene, bedding, etc. are particularly good. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the inn during the day. The mountain view room can see some sunrise clouds and terraces in the morning. This price is invincible. I recommend everyone to set it.
