Cleanliness: excellent. All things are clean and dont smell at all The woods gave a very aromatic feeling and is very smoothing to sleep. Location: excellent. It is about 300m walk to No. 6 view point platform. Unfortunately I was unable to view sun rise throughout my stay due to the rain. Services : excellent. Thee boss was attentive and picked me up from the bus drop off point and carried my lugguge which as about 20kg all the way to the room. On departure day, he accompanied me to wait for the shuttle Bus before leaving. He also helped carry my luggage. Breakfast was good. I had different breakfast each day. The boss prepared the breakfast himself. A good cook. Amenities. Excellent. Very thing well prepared and rven water kettle is new. There were many eateries within walking distant. Nice food and the owners are all friendly. Will certainly come back again.

Viewpoint No. 6 is the best spot for watching the sunrise and has a high vantage point; it's not far from the guesthouse as you walk up the street. Locals prefer to build their houses with cedar wood because it needs proper moisture control, as brick walls are prone to mold. While it may not be soundproof, it offers a genuine wooden cabin experience. The most amazing thing was the food. The owner's motto is ”whatever's available, we'll eat,” with freshly caught and prepared fish with quick and skillful movements. In the morning, we told the owner we wanted rice paddy fish, and he went to catch them himself that morning. In the evening, we had a free-range chicken (one chicken and two portions), and when we asked what we wanted for the next day, he recommended loach. After dinner, he went to catch loach himself. The owner will also help you prepare various dishes and soups, so order with confidence and reasonable prices. The rice paddy fish had clean bellies without any black membrane. This is a natural ingredient you can't find in cities or towns. The air was fresh and clean; even after rain, my glasses dried without any residue. The owner's diligence and reliability inspired trust. After two days of enjoying beautiful scenery and delicious food, I experienced the wonderful mountains, clear water, fresh air, and friendly people. Parking is free for those driving. The scenic area has shuttle buses that run every 15 minutes to take people to six viewing platforms and the spiral terraces. I visited the mirror-like terraces (viewing platform No. 1) in April or May, and I want to come back in September to see the autumn harvest scenery. It's truly a heavenly place.

It's worth coming here. The terraces are green in this season. It just rained when I went there. The air is very fresh. The terraces and trees have just been bathed. They are very green. Let's talk about the hotel environment and facilities. There are many local specialties on the menu of the restaurant on the first floor, which can meet the needs of tasting local food. The boss, Sister Hu, said that the vegetables are all local and pure green, and they are delicious. The decoration of the hotel is very interesting, the layout is warm, and there are ornaments on the doors. It's not gorgeous or vulgar (it's also possible to see the beautiful scenery and feel good to see everything. Hehehe). The front desk and service staff: very friendly and considerate. The one who impressed me the most was Sister Hu. As a j person, I don't make plans and go wherever I go. I choose to come to Canada just to get extra pounds. I didn't think about where to go later. I talked to Sister Hu while eating. She helped me plan it and recommended me to go to Xiayao. The drive is just over 40 minutes. There is a Chinese wine on the tip of the tongue. It tastes very good. The room has natural light on both sides, and the view is very expansive. In October, the sun started to rise around 6:00 a.m. The hotel offers dining options. Dinner and lunch are served at the hotel, and the owner cooks his own meals. Recommended dishes include fish, chicken, and bacon, all local specialties. The rice wine is also very good.

Transportation: Very convenient. The guesthouse is located at a higher point, near the sixth viewing platform of the terraced fields scenic area, easily accessible by sightseeing bus. As it's the final stop on the uphill route, you can directly catch the downhill shuttle bus, avoiding the situation where the bus is full at previous stops. Environment: The guesthouse is bright, spacious, clean, and hygienic. The owners are very attentive, even providing disposable towels and toilet seats in the rooms for guests with higher hygiene standards. Service: The owners are very welcoming. There's a dining area on the first floor. You can order some home-style dishes, all very delicious. The chicken used for the chicken soup is freshly killed, taking a little longer but resulting in exceptionally fresh flavor. You can leave your luggage at the guesthouse while sightseeing during the day, and if you get tired after walking to other viewing platforms, you can contact the owners to have your luggage brought back. Food: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available. The owners cook their own food, with simple home-style seasonings, and the spiciness can be adjusted. The main appeal is the freshness of the ingredients. The chicken soup is a must-order; the cabbage is incredibly flavorful. The stir-fried beef with celery is a generous portion that will fill you up, and the celery is even tastier than the beef. Breakfast includes rice noodles, corn, and sweet potatoes. The prices are reasonable and fair; they don't overcharge just because it's in a tourist area. Other: The owners are a warm and welcoming family. You can even watch the young owner pet his tabby cat – a truly pleasant experience.

After trekking through mountains and rivers, we came to Basha Miao Village. We looked at several inns, each with its own style, and finally decided on Qingyuanfu Inn. The reason is that the living room and corridors are spacious, very clean, and have complete fire protection facilities. There are two safe passages. There is only one staircase to go up, so there is no need to turn around. The stair opening is very wide, making it easy to go up and down the stairs. From my point of view, the most important thing when going out is safety first. Moreover, when staying at this hotel, breakfast, ice powder, Basha bayberry soup, camellia oleifera, and foot bath are provided. You can choose two for one room per night. I choose one bayberry soup and one ice powder. They are original, pure and natural. Sweet and sour, so thirst quenching. The boss said the activity is effective in the long run. The room was on the third floor with a beautiful view. Sitting by the window drinking tea was very pleasant. The guesthouse is right by the main road, very close to Viewpoint No. 1, just a 3-minute walk, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the stairs are too narrow, making going up and down a bit inconvenient. However, there's a terrace downstairs where you can sit and watch the clouds rise and see the sunrise in the morning. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the squat toilet wasn't quite what I was used to!

It should be the B&B with the best accommodation conditions in Zhanli Dong Village at present, and it is relatively clean. The disadvantage is that meals are not provided, so you need to find restaurants outside or eat at the homes of fellow Dong villagers.

The room is an old-style house, without a hair dryer (maybe there is one at the front desk), and slippers are not comfortable to wear. However, it is very close to the high-speed rail station, which makes travel convenient, so these minor problems are acceptable. As a temporary stop, it's good.
