Second time visiting Royal Nozha in 7 months. After our outbound flight being cancelled and we were delayed for 27 hours, the hotel reception were very helpful at arranging an alternative transfer from the airport for us. On our first day we were greeted with the same welcoming smiles we experienced first time around, especially by Mido and Kimo from the animation team. It felt like we had returned home again. All bar staff and restaurant workers were as extremely welcoming and would always remember our drink orders and always make us laugh, our favourites by far are Abdul in the restaurant and Wassim at the pool bar. The cleaning staff were equally as attentive, offering clean towels and pretty flowers on the bed daily. Cannot fault the hotel at all, and we are already planning our next visit.
