This was a terrible surprise. It is nothing but an apartment where they rent out two bedrooms.
If you like listening to the neighbors snoring this is the place for you. However bear in mind that the bed is more like a nail mat than a bed.
Luckily I was on vacation with my 11-year old son instead of my wife…
Anyhow, the surroundings are ok. 20 min with s-bahn from the airport. Busses and tram within walking distance.
