The suite is very large and quite comfortable, but you have to wait until the check-in time to enter, and you cannot store your luggage in advance.

This hotel is a joke…no service…if you arrive after 6 pm ( not 11pm as said on web) you have to use a machine at the door on the street and Checkin. When it’s cold and dark it’s not safe to produce your documents and credit card on the street. The hotel is very noisy , even on the top floors as the trams pass below. No one answers the phone if you have a problem… there is literally no staff at the hotel…I had no Wi-Fi….apparently the password is on your receipt of payment given at the door… there is no note of this inside and as I said no staff to direct you …,advertises as a boutique hotel and is expensive (280 per night ) I would not recommend this hotel can get so much better for your moey

Due to heavy snow housekeeping staff may have been minimal, hence we had no housekeeping on that day and no clean towels. It would have been nice if we could have got some clean towels. Overall hotel room was fantastic we had the room with the kitchen. Nice hotel and would stay again

The size of the room was amazing and it was so close to everything. Although, our room was a little dirty. We found clumps of hair in towels and all over the bathroom.
Other than that it was a great stay!

Both members of the staff (Arrival and Exit) were both amazing. The refrigerator was stocked with FREE stuff. The air conditioning worked amazingly well. Last but least, the automatic blinds were so good, it was 9:00 AM before we even realized it. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutely incredible, the concierge was so kind and very welcoming. I wish I had gotten his name, truly such a sweet person. I have found the hotel I will be staying in whenever I’m in Munich. The room was so modern, and extremely clean.

Decent sized rooms with a clean, modern design (yes to hardwood floors, automated blackout blinds, and a rainfall shower head!). Loved the artist details that give each room a bit of personality. Only thing worth noting is that front desk staff have limited hours, so be sure to look into that if you have a late arrival (though there's still a possibility to check in without the front desk staff) or need to leave luggage.

We stayed here for Oktoberfest and it was a perfect accommodation. The room was incredibly clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a variety of food options lining the street and scattered throughout the area. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Oktoberfest grounds and walkable to the Old Town, which was super convenient. Overall, a great stay!!!
