Mutsu Grand Hotel

I was very satisfied with the hot spring and the rice. You can enjoy several baths and saunas in hot water that feels good on the skin, as it is said to be a beauty hot spring. Although it is popular with many people who take a day trip to the bath, it was not crowded and I was able to enjoy it slowly. For meals, we had breakfast, but you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Mutsu City from the top floor. Although it was a half-buffet, there were many kinds, and I was able to enjoy delicious local foods. The rooms are clean, and the hotel itself has been around for a long time, but it was very clean and nice. If I go to Mutsu city again, I would like to stay there.

It was nice to have the Tonan Onsen Bijin-no-Yu, an open-air bath and a large public bath for guests only. I ate breakfast until past 9:00, but it's a pity that they started cleaning up before 9:00!

The hot spring with an open-air bath was very good. There is also a sauna. The room was a little old, but it was clean and clean.

I stayed here for one night on a tour in late February. I thought it was an old hotel, but the lobby, dining area, and rooms were clean and I was satisfied. The bath is in a separate building and seems to be popular among locals, with many men in particular using it from early morning until evening. However, the bathtub and washing area are spacious, so it doesn't feel crowded. The water temperature is high and makes you feel very warm. Dinner was a menu full of monkfish, a specialty of this time of year.

Hot springs are good! General bathers and guests can come and go through one door, but the explanation given by the person in charge of the bathing facility is incomprehensible. In short, you can use the lodging locker key to go to the general area, but you cannot go from the general area to the lodging area. Of course... The room for guests is very small but has good amenities. If you get this locker key, you can also go to the public bathhouse, which is great. However, there are only 15 lockers, and when they are full, you will be directed to the public bathhouse, so of course you will not be able to go to the overnight stay. This simple explanation is incomprehensible. No matter how many times I checked with the person in charge at the front desk, they were too polite (?) and I couldn't understand. No matter how many times I ask it, it doesn't make sense. Ask for help from a member of the public (someone you know?) who just happened to come by and say something like, "Not at all." It feels bad. Please think of a way to explain this system in an easy-to-understand way.

高台にある田舎の大型ホテル。結婚式などもやっているようだが、館内の装飾にセンスなし。温泉だけが良かった。食事は普通。周りには何もないので、二食付きにしたが、コスパは悪い。駅までは無料送迎あり。 高台にあるので、景色はいいはずだが、天気が悪くて良い景色を見れなかった。

ＪＡＬパックを利用して８月30日に夫婦で1泊しました。 フロントのスタッフやレストランのスタッフ、また入浴施設のスタッフの皆さんは感じが良く親切でＣＳマインド溢れる対応でした。 また客室、夕食、朝食共に満足いくものでした。 しかしながらクレ－ム対応した澤畑支配人は最低最悪でがっかりでした。 クレ－ム内容は以下のとおりです。 併設している日帰り入浴施設利用客(地元の住民)がサウナ室内のドアを全開に固定したうえ大声で長時間会話を続けていた。 注意すると｢換気をしてるんだ！！何が悪い！｣と大声で反論してきた。 せっかくサウナを楽しみにしていたが全く利用することができなかった。 また刺青を入れている利用客(こちらも地元客)が入浴しており、全くくつろげる雰囲気ではなく大変不快な思いをさせられた。 途中で施設を出てきて澤畑支配人へ直接｢黙浴｣の張り紙の新規張り出しと刺青客の入浴規制の徹底を訴えたが何を言っても　ああ　そうですか、、、の連発で不審感ＭＡＸ． 今もその迷惑客が浴室内にいるのだからすぐに対応してほしいと言っても無反応。 前述のとおり現場の従業員はとても教育がゆきとどいているが澤畑支配人は失格！ 一生懸命働いている従業員が可哀相。 澤畑支配人もＣＳ研修を受講すべきでは、、、？！ せっかくの旅行が台無しでした。 澤畑支配人、猛省してください！！
