The hotel smelled musty, dirty linens in hallways whenever we arrived and when we checked out, vending machines out of order, bed was horrible, NO HEAT!!!

It was just the best evening of the trip. The staff was the food was awesome the drinks were so perfect and the pools are to die for.GREAT JOB TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

My sisters and I stayed a couple nights to celebrate New Year's. Immediately on checking into the room we noticed that it was not the type of room we had booked online. It was missing a stove and a pull-out sofa. The mini refrigerator was old and dirty and tucked in a tiny space that you couldn't even open the door. We had bought groceries to cook meals and we couldn't fit them in there or keep the perishable items cold! We had to throw away some meat because it went bad by the second day. The carpet was filthy as was the bathroom. Also, the heating and a/c unit was not working. It was freezing in the room. Maintenance eventually came and replaced the whole wall unit. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra when we checked in. Neighbors next door argued all night long with screaming and throwing things around in their room and the hallway and elevator wreaked of ****! The best part of our stay.....staying outside of the room and enjoying the beautiful beach and pier!!!!

Curtains on the windows were filthy!! Looked as though they have never been washed.
Room was dreary!!! I am an owner on the resort side and thought the hotel would have the same standards!! I was wrong!!

Would not consider to be a resort. No regular cleaning. No regular towels brought in. Needs update and many repairs. Wonderful view. Our room was quiet except for one night, and then not too bad. Did need attention to few mold spots and dust in room under table, there when we arrive d. Butno major issues. Did not eat at hotel. Stayed 5 nights. Lows rates. Right on beach. Did not like the towel exchange policy at all, as we were told to leave our towels outside our room on the floor and new ones would be brought in. They brought new ones, but took 2 days to pick up the dirty ones. Yuk!

My first room had dirty stained rug that hadn’t been vacuumed. The dresser doors were broken.the sliding doors for closet were off trac. The safe was so rusted that I didn’t dare use it. Coffee maker only had decaf. Pods. Phone didn’t work. Tv stoped working, 2 hours later had new one. Next day when my son arrived, he discovered BEDBUGS! Got moved to another room, how about complimentary dinner, got nothing! Had to launder all our stuff! Consider yourself warned
