The staff was friendly. We booked a Family Villa through Tripadvisor Plus for 2 nights. Our flight on Fiji air was scheduled to arrive at 6AM in the morning. They held the room for us and it was ready when we arrived at 7AM. Room was ground level. The staff moved us to a Villa closer to the dining and pool because my wife walks with a cane and a shorter walking distance is better for her. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay again.

We had already had an idea that the rooms would be dated from the reviews. So expected as much and weren't fussed about our stay, given the price hence why we 4 stars as prob can do with an upgrade. We were on the ground floor and we didn't have any bugs in our room. Cleaning was pretty good. One of the cleaners who had returned to work there in the last few months was REALLY amazing at his job. The restaurant food was really good we had no complaints, so dined there quite a bit. Rosie's onsite were also really helpful when we booked activities. But the staff are what make this place such a great atmosphere to be at. The bar staff Eroni (Rhonda) and Vasiti were AMAZING. Super helpful to give you advice and what to look out for. We would recommend the place based on the staff

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs including carrying out heavy luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. They even allowed our visitors in which I find very rare. They also carried our food up to our balcony which was great. We had the Sunset suite at the very top - awesome view! Our room was nice and clean, super nice air con in the room and lounge area. Really nice kitchen area with a massive new fridge. Very convenient with the supermarket up the road and beachfront to chill. The ocean was sooo nice and hot to swim in. Downfall: Some of the levels smell like damp, wet carpet and was really bad . Some of our dishes were so dirty and their were cockroaches in the toaster, microwave and jug. Would be great to have a volley ball net on the beach and some activities on offer for guests such as horse riding & snorkelling etc. Also some entertainment would be great as the music next door was the only entertainment we got but sometimes it was far too loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was no fire show or kava ceremony and we were looking forward to that! The food at the ghost ship bar was really good especially the pizza and curry dishes! Be good if reception could help guests find the best taxi prices as some Of the locals that stand on the road really take advantage of travellers and charge you the world. We did have a great stay in the end! I would recommend this if you want to stay near town, the airport and want to experience outside of Denarau. Denarau did get boring for me sometimes so I liked this experience this time around.

One of the best ways to increase customer satisfaction and encourage more reviews from guests is by providing excellent customer service. Make sure your employees are well-trained and know how to handle any situation that may arise. They need to go out of their way to help visitors where they can, from personally booking tickets to scheduling itineraries for their stay. If any stressful events occur, they must know how to remain calm and deal with it swiftly. Making your guests the highest priority will ensure they leave with a positive lasting impression, and your reviews will reflect this.

We were lucky enough to experience the Adults Only Waitui Beach Club Package which gave us a little bit more luxury of being pampered at the Spa and entry into the more sophisticated Journal Lounge. At the lounge we had daily complimentary high tea which was delightful, Bubbly with Breakfast and delicious complimentary sunset cocktails or Gin and Tonic with a beer for Hubby! The staff in the Executive Lounge went above and beyond with their service, in particular Payal who had such grace and Professionalism, Kara with her infectious laugh and Agnes who was a delight with her quiet demeanor. Mili, Loyalty Supervisor, thank you for checking with us that our stay was meeting our expectation (which it was) and giving us an insight on how the resort was travelling since Covid. Waitui Beach Club Grill...you cook an excellent steak and your staff's recommendation of the fish curry was spot on considering I hadn't tasted one before. Thank you to your staff who always made us feel welcome, especially Vau who always remembered our names throughout our stay! A big thank you to Claire too for indulging me with some French conversation which I remembered from my school days! Finally, thank you to Solo for your professionalism and friendly nature in both checking us in and out. We ran out of paper to note down more staff but please note you are all exceptional too. Heaven is, Musket cove. We stayed in musket cove last year and fell in love with the resort. So much so, we decided to make it our annual june holiday. Once again we were so welcomed by the most amazing, friendly and calming staff. Our Bure was a beautiful retreat, that felt quiet, peaceful and authentic. The island is our absolute favourite… the sand paths, immaculate gardens and activity/ entertainment options provided us with a dream holiday. My husband surfed almost daily, while I would go for hikes, run the island trials and explore. Found secluded beaches and lookouts that are more breathtaking than imaginable…. Ziggy and Josie always provided us with refreshment afternoon drinks (without prompting our preference) at the island bar yacht club. Ruth always hooked us up with the best tours, snorkelling trips and activities. Suli, was the biggest vibe. We loved his presence and enthusiasm. We loved our trip (again) so much, we re-booked for august and December/ January. Paradise does exist…

This hotel is located in a place with beautiful mountains and clear waters. On the beach facing the west, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The service of the hotel is very good. The service staff does the cleaning very carefully. It is clean and tidy everywhere. It is very comfortable, you can swim by the sea or in the hotel pool, it is a good place for vacation.

The external environment of the hotel is very good. It is less than 3 kilometers away from Nadi Airport. It is a four-star hotel in Fiji compared with ordinary hotel chains in China. The hotel calls a taxi very quickly. There are two prices: those whose license plate starts with ND belong to metered taxis, and others There is not much difference in the price of the special-line point-to-point bargaining cars. The breakfast in the hotel is basically western bread and the like. There is no porridge, fried rice, or noodles.

We had the good fortune to stay at this delightful Fijian owned resort on Bekana island for 16 nights in Feb.2023. Because it was the low season, it was very quiet so we received undivided attention and were treated like royalty. We didn’t mind the warm rain as it beat the Canadian winter. On rainy days we relaxed in the reception area perused the internet, played cards, learned how to play pool and showed the staff how to play table tennis. Because it was warm we could still kayak,go snorkelling and use the pool. The pool was small but big enough to aquasize. We stayed in a clean ocean front bure and were thankful for the AC. The groundskeeper worked so hard to keep our beach clean of debris that was frequently washed up from Lautoka. The resort was frequented by day trippers but they posed no problem to us who were staying long term. The staff worked so hard to make sure we were comfortable and even prepared a beautiful Birthday cake for my husband and surprised him with a special Birthday celebration. It was very touching. Thank you Joey! Va was always available to help us with excursions and was very professional. She arranged transport for us using a reliable taxi service. Our driver Krish was so polite and a wealth of knowledge. We felt so safe in his car as he was a courteous and careful driver having been a driving instructor for 38 years. Louisa took us to her church in the mountains so we could listen to the beautiful choir one Sunday. Such a unique experience most tourists don’t get to enjoy. Kartika prepared the most delicious breakfasts for us with an Indian flare. We appreciated that as we are not used to just having sweet cakes for breakfast which seems to be the norm in Fiji. The fish and chips were a favourite for us and the stir fry’s. The pizza was very large but would prefer that ketchup be kept off it. The drinks the bartender made looked delicious but we only had the buckets of beer.Somedays we went across the water on the skiff for dinner elsewhere but always felt bad for leaving our “ home” on Bekana island. The skiff was available most times but if you came back later at night it wasn’t always easy to contact the island for a ride back. Not fun if the mosquitoes were hungry as we waited on the pier. The grounds around the resort were lovely and in the morning we were sometimes visited by a few chickens or goats who were curious and a resident cat. At night the frogs went a hopping! One day we had the opportunity to go to one of the outer islands for half a day. We picnicked,explored the island and snorkelled. It was a wonderful day with great weather and clear water. When it came time to leave, all the day staff were there to sing us a farewell song. We all felt very emotional as we felt we were leaving family. We were so fortunate to be off the beaten track and experience what the real Fiji is all about. We wish the resort good luck on the new addition of their water park ( largest in Fji) Vinaka, Belo Vula!

My wife and I spent 7 amazing nights here! The resort has everything, you don’t even have to leave! You can catch a 45 minute cab ride to port denaru for some adventure experiences of course, but so much to do here. Isikeli and Jim - as well everyone else at the water sports area were awesome! The 5 hr cruise with snorkel and wave runner safaris were definitely worth it. Joey over at the fish bar is great and pours some good drinks. Missi and Adam with activities also some great people to run into for a soccer game on the beach. Marcus was the friendliest person to run into everywhere at the resort throughout the day. Simon at the front lobby will help square you away with whatever you need. We had a lagoon view bure which was a home away from not wanting to go back home. Walk right into the lagoon from the beach or sit on your balcony while reading a book. All in all could not recommend this resort more. Safest part of the trip is was having to leave.
