値段としては安くて良い。駅からも歩いて来ることはできる。施設は古いので、水回りは修理しつつ使っている感じはする。一応の掃除リネン交換はできていたが、窓に結構大きな蜘蛛が巣を張っていた。これはチェックする場所では無いようだ。私の部屋だけとは思うが。

長野駅から徒歩で向かうには一寸分かり辛い立地と云えそうでした。実際には徒歩数分と大した距離でも無く、天気さえ良ければ徒歩移動で問題ありませんでした。ホテルのフロントは正面の階段を上がった2階部分にありましたが、チェックインはスムーズで、希望により喫煙ルームから禁煙ルームへの変更も受けてくれました。ホテル自体は全体に古い感じで、ベッド脇にバスルームがあるのも若干の違和感がありましたが、寝るだけなら何の問題も無く、寧ろ広めの客室で窮屈感はありませんでした。因みに善光寺の表参道までは徒歩10分程、山門までは20分程で散策にも便利でした。
