Check in email was not sent, luckily trip customer support responded very fast. Bathroom is clean and the most comfortable bathroom i had in japan. Given the price i dont think any other hotel can match, just take note that this is an unmanned hotel

Very bad. There are several hotels with similar names in Nagasaki. We went to the wrong hotel at 12 o'clock. We called Ctrip to inform us that it was the wrong hotel. The hotel told us that we could only check in after 3 o'clock. We waited until the check-in time. Only to be told it was the wrong hotel and we needed to take a taxi to the correct hotel. The human service at the hotel is okay, but the efficiency of Ctrip's service is really poor. I don’t want to book hotels on Ctrip anymore.

部屋の広さ、価格は満足です。無人チェックインなので建物に入るのに暗証番号が必要だったのですが、事前に連絡は無く、現地でサポートセンターに電話で聞く手間がかかりました。あと、エアコンのリモコンが壊れておりサポートセンターからは返答が無く非常に困りました。 無人な分、サポート体制が不十分で今後の改善を期待します。

Near Chinatown All was great…spacious and clean Shower pressure was very strong and holder does not hold the handheld shower, it can come undone and is dangerous.
