A great place to have hot spring and dining. However, it is a bit far from the train station and there is no shuttle service provided by the resort.

The hotel is in a area that few foreign tourists will visit. Thought that it would be quiet and exclusive. However, there are many Japanese visitors staying in the hotel. But there is no tour groups and wont notice the crowd even the hotel is full or almost full. Went to the onsen at 6:30PM and there were only 2 persons there. The second time to the onsen was 8:30 in the morning, the onsen was surprisingly empty. The small river and the onsen street offer beautiful scenery and relaxing strolling. Room is not huge but good enough for 4 persons. Rate including dinner and breakfast is reasonable. Food and service is good. Staffs friendly and helpful. Should stay there for two nights instead of one

1泊利用しましたが、他の方の口コミにあるように接客に差がありすぎです。 一番あり得ないと思ったのがチェックアウトの際にフロントの女性に鍵を渡したのですが、お見送りどころか「ありがとうございました」の一言すらなく無言。 下を向いたまま鍵を受け取って終わり。 信じられない対応でした。 他にも客を部屋へ案内するスタッフの方が自分の担当の客を優先し過ぎて他の客への配慮が全くない。 温泉も脱衣所も小さ過ぎて少しの人数でもぎゅうぎゅう。入り口で諦めて帰って行く人もかなりいました。 食事も飾りが豪華なだけで味も工夫もイマイチ。 半個室ですが、マナーの悪い大声で騒ぐ子連れの方がいてゆっくり出来なかった。 どうして口コミがいいのか全く理解できません。すぐ近くにとても良い旅館があり値段もほとんど変わらないので、わざわざこちらのお宿を選ぶメリットがないなと思いました。

チェックイン アレルギーがある為、説明を受けました書類にサイン。 特別室113 2名 ⚪︎トイレ手拭きタオル1枚のみ ⚪︎便器汚れている。 ⚪︎冷蔵庫お水のみ後は有料 お水冷たくない。 ⚪︎作務衣 動きにくく、足首が出る 浴衣もある為浴衣着用 ⚪︎2階の音が聞こえる。 料理 青魚アレルギーあるが、メニュー全て変わっており、 酢の物 もずく酢もダメ。 蓋モノは豚の角煮。硬くて食べれず。 揚げ物 鯛の焼いたモノ 全て味が薄く、減塩食と疑いたくなるよう ご飯も河豚皮は揚油エキスがある為とご飯に 混ぜてもらえず。 朝もだし巻き*ダメで、温泉たまご醤油漬け。 料理で楽しみがあるにもかかわらず、楽しくなく、アレルギーと言わなければよかったと後悔するぐらいです。 今まで色んな旅館に行きましたがアレルギー伝えてもメニュー、一緒で味付けを変えたりと対応していただけていました。 アレルギーに対して電話までいただきしっかり確認してください、安心したのに。

リノベーションされた温泉町が良い雰囲気を出している中に界長門の門が屋敷感たっぷりでいい！ 門の横にはどら焼きのお店もあり到着した時と次の日と2度買いました。 当日は16時までの販売なので早めにチェックインして買いに行きました。 ロビーの前には桜の木があり春にはきれいなんだろうな〜 スタッフさんの対応はとても気持ち良くっていい。 ご当地楽も久しぶりの習字！ 中々緊張して書きましたよ 食事は地元食材を使った物で美味しくいただきましたが、肉が苦手の相方は、朝食の鶏肉が入った味噌汁が飲めず我慢していました。可哀想な事をさせてしまいました。 何か対応してもらえると嬉しいですが、星一つダウンの意味です。 今回は前日に下関入りして、朝の唐戸市場で ふぐ刺しを食べ、角島の橋を渡り界へといきました。 川床にぷらぷら、夜のそぞろ歩き、部屋でのんびりと良い旅行になりました。
