Stayed at pool suite tomari with 3 family members. The hotel's penthouse part was like a villa, and the room had a high ceiling and a very open feeling. Surprisingly, I could see the sea far from the room. The highlight pool is surprisingly large, enough for three family members to play while looking at the red tile roof and feel the feeling of Okinawa. Breakfast was room service, but the fish was very delicious. However, the conductor is bad, the villa site is an ordinary key that is not a card key, and the building is auto locked, so the coming and going to the pool is not a door but a sweeping window. Also, if you leave the bathroom door open, ２ １ of a sink will collapse. In addition, I could only take out or stop the shower, and it was a pity that the output was very weak. I think the convenience is good, about 5 minutes walk to Kokusai Street.

The stay at Southwest Grand Hotel was very comfortable. The staff 々 was very kind and always smiled from check-in to check-out. I booked in a standard room but the room was very spacious and clean as 々 and I was able to relax slowly. It was a luxurious experience with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a mini bar that was fully equipped with guests' exclusive pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge and rooms for free. Definitely Naha is the number １ hotel. I will definitely go again. it's recommended!

I have stayed many deluxe hotels in downtown Naha area, but this is by far the best hotel for following reasons; 1. Quality of room Descent space (much larger than typical Japanese standard). Good amenity including bathrobes, FREE minibar (beer, Japanese tea, bottled water etc.). Hotel is new; opened in 2020 and cleanness of room is excellent. Soundproof excellent. Toilet and bathtub is well separated and spacious. 2. Facilities Gym + Outside pool available. Only hotel in Kokusai-Dodri area which has such nice amenities. 3. Location Located in central Naha area (Kokusai Dori) with everything within walking distance ( Don Quixote, Starbucks etc.). No other hotel can beat this location!! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfortable stay in downtown Naha.

I have been to Naha once every three months since I got a diving license in Naha. I was often one of them, and at first I chose a place with a large bath, but this time, I was a surprise price for Naha and Okinawa outside the prefecture. Matsuyama is a small version of Kabuki town in Tokyo, but it is a cheap steak shop and restaurant, and I am a woman, so I return to the hotel at 20 o'clock, but it is a good hotel that can be convinced by my uncle who likes to play at night. Especially this time, it is a single woman traveling single, so the hotel side also took care of it, and chose a good high floor because of the view. It was a plan to receive women's amenities. The building seems to be never new, but the room is clean, large, and the corona fin is equipped with a safe air cleaner and sterilization liquid in the room, and the front desk staff is polite and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The unit bus I was worried about and the bathtub was wide and I was soaked in hot water slowly. Anyway, the information that is clean is important for women. Well, 〜 I brought it from the front desk without a disposable slipper, but it seems to be really prepared, so in this corona, the usual slipper is privately filthy and cannot be used. It seems that it corresponds to the woman's eye in that point, and I was able to spend calmly on the last night of Naha. The renovated Fuzhou Garden that I wanted to go was also close and safely went out. I will come to stay again! When I made reservation it was cause at the time it said they have shuttle service. I booked it with that in mind. So called to hotel to have a shuttle pick us up and found they have no English speaking hostess at all. Language bearer was the worst. Breakfast was ok not one of my favorites. Location is good if you like the club lifestyle. I wouldn’t pick this place if you don’t have a translator with you.

I signed up a large room with a double bed. Very beautifully maintained room, I felt the equipment year, but more than that, the cleaning is well done and satisfied. The front desk was also kind and polite. The breakfast was also well taken, and the menu was abundant and there was a home cooking in Okinawa. I enjoyed it enough. The only location is in the downtown area of Matsuyama, which is convenient to enjoy the night city, but it takes 10 minutes 〜 15 minutes on foot from the Yui rail station, so if the car is not on the premise, it may feel a little inconvenient. However, although it was in downtown, the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I would like to stay again for the next opportunity.

Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport for our early morning flight back home. Yes the hotel is dated but we were blown away by the warmth and sincerity of the staff. Our wifi failed to work in the room originally assigned to us and we were given an upgraded room with sorted all that out. The breakfast is vast and delicious, not what I would expect for its tariff. What also impressed us was how the reception assisted us with the booking of our cab to the airport the night before and that the driver was already waiting outside the lobby the next morning. As this is our wedding anniversary trip with our baby, the hotel also left us lovely cookies and a note to commemorate the event. We stayed at some beautiful resorts up north okinawa but none offered this level of service we received at Smile City. Thank you for wrapping up our anniversary with so much warmth and care!

　３ consecutive nights in early October. I chose it as an inn for Keirama diving. It was about 1200 yen by taxi from the airport. There is no inconvenience to stay in a room with a massage chair in a double bed. There are no facilities such as washing equipment for divers, but there are not many choices in Naha, and this hotel is valuable. The public bath is a policy to avoid dense, but it is gargantuan even if you go at all. There seems to be no accommodation that is crowded in this situation. It is also strange to talk about the service of the care system in Vijiho, but the set of bath towels was prepared in the room for １ sets on the last night. It seemed that you could have considered wiping diving equipment. However, washing and cutting equipment by unit bus is quite difficult. The only thing that was unexpected was the breakfast provided at the tavern in the building, which was a fairly simple menu. I feel like I don't have to have breakfast because the convenience store is close.

6 km / 15 min / 1470 yen by taxi from the airport. Although Naha itself is very built up so kind of just like any other nondescript Japanese city albeit with interesting vegetation, it's a convenient location with lots of food options. The condo itself is right next to a Shell gas station with an adjacent Family Mart. There are 3 apartments per floor at this rather new-looking 10-storey building and the reception is downstairs from 9 am -7 pm plus a number to call outside these hours, very courteous with badly translated English instructions. We stayed 10 nights and room was scheduled to be cleaned every 3 days. Room key also opens the door to trash/recycle area outside. Basically you get a 30 m2 studio apartment with a spacious balcony where you can see the ferry terminal and a bit of the ocean & a small dining space plus all the amenities, new and spotlessly clean with a washer/dryer & shower/bath tub. Everything you can probably think of is provided, including cooking utensils & a separate washlet toilet - even Netflix on TV! AC & WIFI work well although you can also get a SIM card at the airport vending machine to help you navigate the small streets with Google Maps: 4000 yen for 10 days unlimited data or 3500 yen for 1.2 GB over 30 days. Our double bed was comfy but quite narrow, barely any movement possible for 2 adults - manageable for us but definitely think twice if you're a bigger couple or maybe consider twin beds. Very quiet inside. Less than 15 minutes to walk to Kokusaidori 国際通り shopping street with loads of shops (24-hour Don Quijote + drugstores) & restaurants but also plenty of enticing eateries within a short walk from the condo スマートコンド泊. Naha Main Place mall サンエー那覇メインブレイス , which has Cinemas Q & Tokyu Hands + LUPICIA tea, is under 20 minutes on foot. Closest beach might be Naminoue Beach, 25 minutes on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to Tomari Port ferry terminal とまりん where you can get to the Kerama Islands in 50 minutes (Zamami highly recommend) or Tokashiki Island in 35 minutes - best check JMA website for potential high wave warnings. About 10 minutes to walk to Miebashi monorail station to the airport or Shuri Castle. This condo is best if you're planning day trips to the surrounding islands and don't mind walking a bit to the main shopping areas. Buses are fairly convenient with stops written out in romaji/English. 40 minutes / 600-650 yen by bus to American Village from the port - lots of buses go by the stop out front. Chinese Didi app works for taxis too (70 yen per 365 m plus 560 yen for the initial 1.75 km; can pay by cash if no Chinese ID). If you are not driving, there's a Hip Hop Bus / Jumbo Tour office (M-F 9-6 or book online) 10 minutes away where you can book daytrips for under 6000 yen & the closest pickup spot is 'Okinawa Kariyushi Urban Resort Naha' 沖縄かりゆしアーバンリゾート・ナハ next to Tomarin, basically the same building, but pickup is actually closer to the park.

To go to the Keirama Islands, I looked for a cheap apartment hotel near the port of the night and stayed here at Hotel Pescatore Okinawa (old hotel Pescara) for ４ nights. It is a little far from the nearest station (Miei Bashi bridge) of Yui rail, but it arrives at a little 1000 yen even if you use a taxi from Naha Airport. There are delicious taverns and restaurants around the hotel, and it is not troublesome for dinner. Convenience stores and supermarkets (Max Value) were also within walking distance. If you work hard, you can walk to International Street. (about 20 minutes walk) The time when the staff is there is limited, and after check-in, the front desk is basically unmanned, and if you need anything, you need to call it by phone. There is no problem if there is no particular business. I tried to borrow a dish at breakfast in the room because there was no tableware in the room, but I bought a plastic dish at the supermarket because it was a paid lending with a cooking utensil. Because it is not a new hotel, the facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness of the washbasin and toilet was not good. The washing machine and gas dryer are available every day and helps, but the capacity 4.5k is small, so you can't do a lot of washing at a time. The detergent was only ２ times, so I used what I brought myself. And the cooling time of the dryer took quite a long time and I was troubled not knowing when it would end. Also, the dryer was displayed as ”clean the filter” and stopped. Do guests have to clean the filter? However, because the room rate was cheap, it was an apartment hotel that was sufficiently satisfactory in the sense of ”satisfaction with accommodation fees”.
