I went there with my colleague for a business trip and we went there by taxi from the airport. Although the taxi driver charged us much more than we thought, I would say this hotel is a Chinese friendly hotel in Nairobi, Kenya, and the workers there are very friendly to us. A young girl (can not remember her name, sorry) helped with with Uber, and also with money exchange into small amount changes. You can order take-out there if you have the app, and the charges can be paid online or by cash, which is very conveniant. A very comfortable and reasonably priced hotel just outside Nairobi city centre. It’s a training hotel so most of the staff are hospitality students. Sometimes this means slightly less efficient service but everyone is professional, polite and welcoming. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with good bathrooms and excellent beds. Very clean, even though the hotel itself could do with some modernising. The gym and spa on site are very good and the large swimming pool was never busy. They do a good breakfast buffet and very decent evening food, with a wide range of options. At the time of staying the lift wasn’t working, and there are a lot of stairs. But staff were helpful with bags.
