This is a tired and sorry place. My room had constant problems; sink clogged, hot water disappearing, electric plug not working, very weak or absent wifi, light bulb went off without being replaced although I asked for it several times. Front staff friendly, but manager strutting aimlessly around in his oversize suit was not helpful. To top up a poor hotel experience, upon leaving I was told to pay for my breakfast, since I arrived early the first day and got a bit of toast. That, I was told, constituted a full breakfast buffet, therefore I had to pay for an extra. Naturally I offered to pay for what little I got that first morning, which was refused. Their famed Nyama Choma was like chewing a car tire. This place is clearly not recommended unless you want to be made feel like a fool for your own money.
