15時チェックインより少し前に到着 母は足が悪く、指定されている駐車場は市営の駐車場で坂道もあり離れているので 母だけ待たせて欲しい と言いましたが、取り合ってくれず 15時にチェックインに行った際、クーラーボックスの持ち込みは別料金との事 予約したサイトにはそんな事一言も書かれておらず もし持ち込み有料のホテルならちゃんと記載されていたので寝耳に水でした 旅館側は受付の所に記載事項貼ってますとの事 来ないと確認できない記載に意味はありません 正直な話、母を待たせてくれたらしょうがないなと思いながら払ったと思います ですが他にもそんなに荷物持ち込むの？とか イラつく事ばかり言って来たのでキャンセルしました キャンセル無料にしてくれたのは感謝ですが2度と使わないし、知人にもしっかり告知しておきます、でないとせっかく楽しい旅行が台無しになるので そしてすぐさま近くの偉大なホテルを予約 予約して2分後にホテルに行きましたが ちゃんといつも通り対応してくれました 何度か泊まった事があるので安心 なんであんな人が接客業をしているのか ロボットやAIにして欲しい、そっちの方がきっと優秀なので 皆様もお気をつけ下さい

客室は清潔で見晴らしも良く、室内温泉に関しては申し分ないくらい良いお湯でした。
しかしながら、夕食のクオリティが非常に残念だったのが悔やまれますが、平日の割引料金では仕方のない事なのでしょうか…
