今年生日恰逢有事出門在外。生日那天在同程上預訂了這家旅舍，白天有事，很忙，所有短訊（亂七八糟的生日祝賀短訊實在太多）都不看。晚上到了旅舍，居然告訴我我預訂的房間沒有了，衹有一間沒有衞生間的房間。我不管你是什麼理由，我預訂的房間，而且也已經付款了房費，為什麼會沒有！！！和同程聯繫，居然説白天打不通我的電話（為什麼？），發了短訊給我。難道我的消費降級，一個短訊説一下就可以了？讓我知曉？沒什麼其他多餘的説明、解決方案？就這麼打發了？和同程客服聯繫，一開始居然讓我退房，這麼大晚上，我晚飯沒吃，讓我到哪裡找酒店？在我的據理力爭下，説給我補償一個50元的紅包；難道下次還用你們的同程訂酒店？有保障嗎？在我的堅持下，聯繫上他們的主管，費了好大的勁，最後答應退一半的房費。我什麼都沒做錯，為什麼會遭遇這樣的事情？既然出了錯，同程為什麼不能好好去解決：經濟上補償，情緒上安撫。讓不好的影響減少到最小。入住後,房東送了兩瓶水，再要，就要付費了。一次不愉快的經歷！！！一次難忘的生日！！！

我們是春節期間在泉州遊玩，這家民宿就在泉州火車站旁邊，非常的方便。民宿整體來講是乾淨整潔的，老闆人也特別好。我們有什麼需求都會盡力解決。最後我們從泉州離開的時候，老闆還幫我們把行李送到火車站，真的很不錯。對於酒店要求不高的學生黨來説已經算很不錯了。酒店的設施對比連鎖酒店還是有差距的。但是價格比較美麗，有好有壞。預算不高的可以來這裏。

和家裡人一起出遊的，訂了一間大床房一間標間，房間廁所都挺乾淨的，床是硬板床上鋪了床墊，我爸媽還挺喜歡的他們不喜歡彈簧太軟了。有窗户很通風，還能去樓頂曬衣服，有種住在自己家的感覺。房東阿姨叔叔都挺客氣熱情的，有啥要求能做的都滿足。走的那天可以把行李放樓下出去玩，大叔説走的時候打個電話，他直接把行李直接給我拿到高鐵站去就不用過來了，真的很熱情！

#負評#對走廊隔音，房間佈局，交通方便程度，鄰近餐廳失望；房间和图片有出入，外面太吵了，半夜2点还有人关门开门，早上6点有人起来，直接吵醒我了，反正没睡好，菜市场一样

老闆自己家的房子乾淨利落，離高鐵站直線距離有600米左右吧，打車要繞點路，導航有點坑人，見了老闆娘人很熱情，騎電車抄近路送我去買票（過年網上沒第二天的票了）還説要是提前打電話給她直接去車站接人，早知道就省20元車費了（好多車在車站招客直接搞的價）給以後的朋友提醒一下再碰到這個情況直接聯繫老闆
