贈送了小孩的餐飲早餐。這一點是可以加分的，但是其他環境配套就很一般了，特別是通電方面，電卡老是斷電。
距離南昌大學老校區非常近，有兩張大床，這點不錯。

房子很不錯，離南昌大學很近，住在這裏很方便，點外賣什麼的都很好！熱水器，水龍頭都沒有問題，周邊很多小吃店，在附近找了一家粉店，老居民區的那種，很好吃，點外賣什麼的真的很方便，大點特點，很爽，絕對物超所值
