The last hotel I stayed at was Shiboge Hotel. The environment was very good, but the manager's service was very poor. If it weren't for Ctrip's customer service Xiaoyu, I wouldn't go there again, so it's better for everyone to book a room on the platform. Facilities: Swimming pool, gym, breakfast, restaurant. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions are not particularly good. Maybe it's been renovated for too long and it's quite shabby. Service: The male manager on duty at the front desk seemed to not understand what the customer said. Anyway, there were some problems in the middle, and I changed several rooms. In the end, with the help of Ctrip's customer service, I successfully changed to a clean house I liked.
