Ibis Styles Hotel (Wuxi Nanchang Street Store)

This is the worst ibis I have ever stayed in. Hey... I will not stay here again next time I come to Wuxi.

Location: First of all, the hotel is far away from Nanchan Temple/Nanchang Street. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the subway station, so the location is far away. The location of the hotel is remote and along the road, even if it is close to the residential side, it is noisy. Facilities: As a chain hotel under Huazhu Club, it is incomprehensible that there is no ironing board and iron. Is there a garment ironing machine on the first floor of the hotel? The ironing board of the garment steamer is not flat, and the steam emitted cannot iron the clothes at all. It is purely a decoration and cannot iron the clothes at all. It is unable to provide convenient ironing services for business travelers. Even the cheapest hotels outside provide the most basic ironing boards and ironing machines. I don’t know if Ibis Styles is not high enough to provide travelers with the most basic ironing machines or all of them. None of the Huazhu Club member hotels provide ironing machines. Service: The service is very prompt, and the most basic services such as data cables can be borrowed.

It was only six or seven o'clock in the morning, and the cleaning staff next door were so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. The sound insulation was too poor.

There are still cigarette butts in the room that have not been cleaned, and the hygiene is poor. The outdoor air conditioner is loud and very noisy at night. The price and service are not comparable, not recommended!

After staying for two days, the water temperature for showering after returning to the room after 23:00 on the first day is not hot. On the second night, the water is cold. Call the front desk to ask about the water pressure problem. It was already being repaired. After waiting for an hour, the water was still cold. In the end, the front desk directly replied that it could not be solved. I was tired after a day of traveling and wanted to take a hot shower. In the end, there was no hot water. It was still minus 6 degrees outside. This is the first time I have encountered this kind of thing. Yes, Ibis as a national hotel chain has such quality! When booking the hotel, there are complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The hotel said that you have to go to the front desk to ask for this. If you encounter the complimentary service for the first time, you need to ask for it yourself. If the service is not sincere, don't write it in the service content!

The environment of the hotel is good, the service is very good, when entering the hotel, the staff take the initiative to say hello and provide tea. The check-in at the front desk took the initiative to ask about my check-in needs and arranged the room for me according to my request, which was very quiet. Parking is also very convenient, with its own parking lot, free parking. The room is also clean and tidy, very comfortable. The breakfast has many varieties, I eat very well and sleep soundly, which gives me a full day of energy. Highly recommended
