This top revolving hotel is well located in the older part of Nanchang. It’s a block from the night “ walking street” & 2 blocks from thousand bless palace food place. Good 10 minutes walking distance to local tourist attraction “ King Teng palace” by the River. Breakfast is good but not spectacular, only one option for coffee though. Top feature was the revolving restaurant though a little aged , is still an attraction. I believe this hotel can do better to enhance its image through a little modernization. Lighting controls in our room is a little confusing. Thermostat cooling was not favourable at times, heating for bathing water can be a little delayed at times. Other than that, all was well.

Good position, very big structure. Rooms are spacious and have all what is needed. The service is good, but not 5 stars. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

A hotel worth recommending. Next to Qiushui Square, in front of Shangri-La, and next to the subway station, it's an excellent location. You can watch the musical fountain in the corridor of the room. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is just the lobby. The rooms have just been renovated in a modern style and are very hygienic! I didn’t book a river view room but I could still see the river view. It was beautiful! Fruit snacks are delivered to the room every day, and the service is OK! Because there were people getting married next door during the National Day and it was very noisy, they helped me change the room. It was super big and very comfortable. This was the first time Nanchang had a super popular National Day and I was too lazy to go out and squeeze in. It was also very comfortable to stay in the hotel room! The disadvantage is that you have to go downstairs to pick up the takeaways yourself; there is also no place to hang towels in the bathroom, which I hope can be improved!

Room was spacious and clean, with the expected basic amenities, but seemed to be some issues with soundproofing as there was constant banging from floor above. I chose it because of the old five-star hotel in Jiangxi. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to the subway station and bus station. The reception level at the front desk needs to be improved. Originally, there was no deposit required for Ctrip bookings. The front desk required a deposit when checking in. I asked for a refund of the deposit when I checked out, but the staff said that there is no deposit required for this room 😰😰? ! Personally feel that there is a gap between five stars. On the other floor, ”Gan Xiang Qing Restaurant is not recommended. The price is high, the sanitation is poor, and the serving speed is very slow.
