房間設施是壞了找了客服還説那是好的沒有問題

垃圾！垃圾！！垃圾！！！
訂的雙床房，看我衹有一個人，強行給我換成單人間，而且預訂顯示25-30平方，給的房間最多衹有15平方，廁所也擠得很；床頭開關也是爛的，開關燈還要起床；被子也薄不説，空調開着也不暖和，房間也是挨着大馬路，有車路過都吵的睡不好；床上擺了一朵破塑料花，掀鋪蓋直接掀到地上沒管，第二天退房説塑料花損壞，塑料花桿弄不見了，硬扣了20塊錢，這酒店，誰去誰知道！！！

最多算個商務賓館，沒得電梯，靠路邊房間吵死，噪聲很大，輩子薄衹能開空調，空調聲更吵，房間沒得電話有事衹能自己下去找老闆，紙巾衹給你幾張，，拖鞋薄得一張紙，踩在地板上透心涼，馬桶下面全是黃色斑痕，衞生很差
