我們到達酒店的時候正值打掃退房時間段 預訂的兩間房不在同一樓層 由於有長者一起 前台美女關關主動幫忙調換房間 並且免費升級成套房 真的真的很暖心 酒店套房配🈶免費的水果 房間很舒服 陽台上可以拍美照 必須好評😘😘😘

光霧山紅月季節期間預訂的，房間設施，酒店服務都非常好，酒店位置非常合適，就在景區門口，晚上吃飯的地方選擇也比較多。

在光霧山（桃園景區）門口，周邊吃飯的地方多，酒店餐廳也可以就餐，環境不錯。酒店房間空間夠大，衞生間乾濕分離，噴灑熱水舒服。早餐還行。總體推薦。

紅葉季來的，除了貴基本沒什麼缺點，早餐種類豐富，可能人多的原因，上菜的連續性不好。
這個酒店在光霧山景區旁邊，就是原來的桃園景區，我們選擇的米倉山景區，離酒店大概7公里的樣子。
晚上的時候在酒店吃了個燉魚，很不錯，其他菜量也挺大。

酒店很大，前台很熱情辦理入佳的時候，尤其是前台小陳，前台小陳把入住後早餐訊息告知的很明確比方説幾點退房，是否含早餐，早餐開餐時間和地點，很耐心，雖然人特別多，但是服務未減，高峯期不用再給前台打電話了。房間很寬敞，在這種旅遊景點沒有這種服務跟夢見，實在太難得了。衹是人太多熱水來的慢了點兒，但是也可以理解。下次還來這裏，謝謝小陳的服務

回程第二次再住，這次選了標準大床房，入住感受反而比之前的行政套房好很多。不過還是覺得服務以及硬件設施包括停車庫似乎完全沒達到和價位相匹配的標準，急待好好改進
除了位置就在光霧山景區門口是最大的亮點

該酒店地理位置就在光霧山門口、走路兩分鐘、應該和步行街都是一個老闆建設開發、後期爛尾了、地庫有點黑，酒店在山區裏算是最好的了、整體衞生一般、房間布草都是新的不錯、空調也暖和、酒店門口垃圾桶溢出嚴重、大堂接待小妹楊歡人美、熱情、周到點個贊👍
