the hotel room is nice , best shower even in Japan. but the sink is too low, good size for the child , too low for an adult the hotel has swimming pool, the pool is belong to the gym , normally require the membership ,but you just need to show the counter that you are staying in the hotel they will let you in. if you dont have the swimming suit, they have the swimming suit to borrow which was nice . they don't really speak English, that was a little tough to communicate. they have laundry machine at 3rd floor to use. the breakfast was acceptable , if you are foreigner, like western food , they have croissant, chocolate bread, salad, bacon. it was a good stay.

only suitable for the trip with driving as the location is not easy to access, but have a big free parking there. Not convenient to access the restaurants.

There is a large parking lot and a convenience store nearby. Good access to Kochi city Sports club bath available The breakfast meal was also delicious.

The room is large as it is in the suburbs. There is a ramen shop nearby.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

There are a lot of people at the breakfast buffet, but the space to grab food is small so people end up crowded together.

A hotel that doesn't care about service at all. A Showa-style hotel with a smoking room even though there are children and an ashtray in the bathroom. Be aware that bookings made through Trip.com will be discriminated against. Also, even though I had already paid through the website, I was still charged for the accommodation when I checked out, so I almost had to pay twice. Just awful.
