酒店升級了房間，風景很美，房間很大很乾凈，床超大，設施都還很新，停車位很多，航洋城萬象城地鐵站都在幾分鐘步行距離，非常便利

房間不錯，就是停車位稀缺，因為是和幾個酒店共用的一棟樓，前台也是一起共用的區域。我還以為這個星級酒店會單獨一棟樓和單獨的停車區域呢，酒店房間挺好的，衞生乾淨。

酒店在杜拜七星酒店酒店同一樓，大廳很漂亮，位置很好，房間在12樓，落地窗風景很贊，夜景超級漂亮，很喜歡落地窗玻璃！前台服務很好，主動幫給兩張房卡，很方便！衞生也很乾凈，房間很大！酒店居然還有下午茶，看得出來很用心，停車也很方便，在酒店負一樓負二樓隨便可以停，車位很多！南寧這個地段找個車位太難了，200多塊錢在這種地段是很超值的價格了！下次去南寧首選這家！

這是我住過雅斯特最差的店，首先我在網上看到房間面積30到35平方才定的，入住後發現房間太小了，目測也就20平方左右，還發現沒有掛衣服的地方，衹有淋浴房牆上的勾勾，更可笑的是連個衣架都沒有，車位緊缺，跑了幾圈都找不到車位，電梯是多，但是下來退房的時候坐了個不能直接到二樓大廳的，超級麻煩，本來裏面酒店就多，更加讓人找不到北

感覺還是非常可以的這個酒店，房間很大，衞生做得很好，很方便，挺好的，小哥哥挺不錯的很熱心，有禮貌，早餐也好吃

酒店地理位置還可以，距離航洋國際和地鐵1號線不遠，步行幾分鐘就到，距南寧萬象城坐地鐵就一站的距離，交通出行比較方便。房間設施還行，但是隔音有一點點差。

第一：服務差，不專業，前台接待員話術有待加強。
我們11:30到店，到前台詢價之後，對比攜程房價後決定在網上預訂。預訂了高級房型後，前台的美女説：“不好意思，現在沒有這個房型。衹能訂豪華房和影音房”。
喂？噠姐？沒有房請關房，不要在網絡展示可訂房ok？你這個話術讓人聽着就很不舒服知道嗎？隨後在攜程用積分兑換提前入住4小時的權益，問了前台這個是什麼權益？她的回答是：即使用了也是沒有房，高級房還沒有房。這就是您雅斯特服務業對客話術嗎？
（重點！！！整個過程兩位服務員從頭到尾沒有説句抱歉，也沒有給出任何一個建議，沒有房間可直接入住，您兩位可以建議客人在大堂等候，或者是先去吃東西，讓服務員儘量在幾個小時後做好房間清潔。這些應該是你們服務員主動跟我説的吧？）
第二：床上用品極不乾淨！！！床單整片都是黑呼呼的毛絮……
咱雅思特也是有名的連鎖品牌吧？衞生狀況如此差勁？真的一言難盡啊，雖然2百來塊錢的房價，但不至於接受這種服務和衞生條件吧？
