來南通出差網上看到諾華庭酒店，下高鐵10分鐘就到酒店了。酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，緊鄰地鐵站，出門左拐就到，出行方便。門口就是大大的停車場。大廳温馨大氣，桃花樹正開着，樹上掛着紅包很喜慶，新年氛圍感滿滿！有輕音樂，很好聽呢，前台紅棗枸杞茶還有薑茶都非常不錯，還有小糖果吃。前台小景效率高，服務周到，入住就送上了身份證卡套，看到我戴眼鏡還送上了眼鏡布，太温馨啦！給我安排的房間採光也好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，水温好，網速快，入住還贈送了一份水果非常滿意，天氣乾燥還安排了加濕器，酒店還有健身房和自助洗衣房，對於出差人士非常方便，在外也能鍛鍊身體。早餐廳種類很多尤其餛飩麪非常好吃，強力推薦，下次入住仍然首選諾華庭

號稱南通最好的五星酒店總算見識到了：
1：停車場有人但不指揮，明明有個保安在停車場站着，但就是看着你們車子隨便亂停，也不上前告知下面還有地下停車場，就在那發呆
2：酒店內服務員沒一個人會打招呼，看到客人過去都不理睬，甚至還有的走路走中間不讓道
3：硬件設施也就十幾年前四星級別，房門都沒個緩沖，每間房關門都是咣噹一聲，心臟病不好的當心
4：衞浴打掃不乾淨，瓷磚地面各種污漬，馬桶也是老式馬桶下水很少很慢
5：最關鍵的是服務意識非常差：參加朋友婚禮，服務員穿T恤，沒有工牌，而且都是四五十歲以上大媽，這還是第一次在星級酒店見到；大媽還會空的時候主動找客人聊天，我想説是服務過好還是太不專業？ 上菜時候手指甲經常會碰到湯水也懶得説了，過分的是把剩餘的鮑魚就仍在桌面，還號稱這是有殼的我們酒店都這樣做!!! 再端菜時候打翻客人飲料後沒有立即道歉及處理，而是立馬説客人自己不當心和我沒關係，然後還和客人爭執起來，等到大堂經理來了後也沒把她換下去還讓她繼續服務，這種蜜汁操作第一次遇到，大媽不專業，經理也不專業咯，事後還號稱這是外包人員，用這種新聞聯播的老套路忽悠誰呢！！！
綜上，南通就是這樣一個不專業且沒服務的城市，就和外面馬路上的蘇F牌照一樣，開車變道都不打轉向燈，實線變道，雙黃線變道到處可見。衹能説無論這個城市還是這個酒店都不會再去了！
