The breakfast environment is spacious and clean. Two other small suggestions: 1. The room is very dry and a bit uncomfortable with the air conditioner on. 2. Sound insulation needs to be improved. 這酒店近四年一直在住，最初是因為方便，後續是習慣。最近三個月每月住20天左右，這三個月被保安折磨的一言難盡。進入坐出租車被保安無視不放行，或出示房卡仔細盤問才可進入，出行出租車多次無法進入，衹好步行走到馬路上車，酒店的規矩嗎咱遵守。今晚坐出租車返回酒店，因車上攜帶兩紙箱重物需進入酒店內部大堂門口，馬路邊5個保安在隊長的帶領下嚴防死守。説明情況後隊長竟然説你是殘疾人嗎？殘疾人可以進入，是殘疾人你也要拿出殘疾人證才能進來，態度極其惡劣。無奈重物放在車上讓人帶走。步行進入酒店找值班經理投訴，值班經理説酒店沒有此項規定不許車輛送人進出，説明情況後值班經理説找保安隊長道歉。結果是找到保安隊長，隊長一如既往的囂張跋扈：是我説的，你是殘疾人嗎？不是殘疾人今天就不讓車送你進來了。道歉不成反被懟。作為掛着4顆星的酒店如此服務實在無法忍受。上樓拿行李退房走人。下樓碰到值班經理和一位酒店男士領導，領導對我表示歉意我接受。因我帶着兩個行李箱一個背包，還有外部大門口的幾個凶神惡煞，我請領導幫忙能讓出租車進到酒店內部接我，領導表示沒問題並陪我在酒店門口等候。最終的結果是領導陪我走出酒店進入馬路越過非機動車道進入車行道轉彎50米上車並收到保安隊長對領導的大聲回覆：我不讓進的怎滴？可怕！！！三年口罩讓服務業的制服們養成了高高在上的老爺習慣，口罩摘了你們該改一改習慣了。
