In Xitou Forest, it is only ranked first, not second. This time I stayed in the university building. The building is located closest to the driveway exit. The building is divided into four buildings abcd. They all have two floors and no elevators. However, they have stairs and ramps. If you have too much or heavy luggage or have difficulty moving, you can still go directly. It's not too inconvenient to drive up to the top to load and unload luggage. We stayed in the innermost room in Building B this time. There was no noise and we couldn't hear the noise from next door. There was just the hum of the engine outside the air conditioner outside the window. You can still hear a little bit even if the windows are closed, so those who care are advised to wear earplugs. The room has an extra large double bed and a regular double bed, a coffee table and two chairs, a TV, a clothes rack, a pantry and a refrigerator. The space is okay. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the shower side is a bit narrow. I was a little embarrassed to use a bathtub and a chair to help my four-year-old son bathe. I had to be careful about hitting my head when turning around or holding the child. The items are all clean, tidy and practical. You can also borrow beds, bathtubs, chairs and stools. This season, it is very comfortable at night without air conditioning. The beds also come with electric blankets, which were preheated when we entered the room, but we didn't use them. So it was turned off. Breakfast is served at the Yunshan Building opposite until 9:30, and hotel guests can participate in free nightly guided tours.

The hotel is 3-minute walking distance to the pier and 800 meters to the cable car station. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast has both western and Chinese options. I would recommend anyone staying here to check Wi-Fi signals the moment you enter the room, as I had connectivity issues in the room, the connection keeps dropping out, and I couldn’t even make a voice call using the data network. Great location as the hotel is right in the center of the Ita Thao town where you can easily walk to the lake, pier, hiking/bike trail, and foodie places. Hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help every step if asked. The high floor suite is sizable with fairly large jacuzzi tub and shower room. A private balcony provides a partial view to the lake. Free designated parking garage is a plus in a crowded town. The lake view however is partially blocked by some apartments in front but the hotel is still close to the water front. The hotel building, incl room, furnitures and decorations, does show some age and is about right to have its current star rating and price. We definitely enjoyed the stay.

For a trip to Sun Moon Lake and Shanlin Creek, I chose the Fullon Hotel in Shuili, which is located in the middle location. The ”service quality” of the new hotel's front desk staff was not very stable. The best part about this hotel (国民賓館) is its location. Bus 6664, 6658, 6659 all stop less than 80m from its entrance if you're using Nantou bus. It's along the main road which is easy for pickups if you're joining local day or night tours. Across the road from Little Swiss Garden. Even Cingjing Farm has signs along its walking paths directing visitors to the hotel. The other main benefit was that the room rates I paid on Trip.com included a pair of tickets to Green Green Grassland, Little Swiss Garden and a discounted ticket (only need top up 30TWD each) to the Cingjing Skywalk - pleasantly surprised to know this only at check-in although I knew beforehand that the room rates included basic Chinese breakfast for 2, which was another convenient point for guests. The hotel buildings and room was a bit dated, no aircon since the weather in the evening and morning is cooling. But the room, bed, utilensils and toilet were clean. The view from the room balcony and hotel garden was nice to view sunset.

The Weng Kiln Chicken ordered for dinner was super high-quality and not a surprise. The buffet breakfast was also great. The cat owner was cute everywhere. The environment was quiet and worth staying. The only thing I was confused about was that there was no socket at the dressing mirror. There was nowhere to plug in the hair dryer and I couldn't take photos. Mirror hair drying...! Overall it's good and worth staying.

Very good location in Qingjing, right in front of bus stop but the bus is rarely come like once in an hour. Staff were very friendly, they offer pickup and dropoff service at the garden. Room is spacious and clean, no AC but the weather is cool. Hot pot at the front desk area also seems to be good, its a pity that we couldn’t try. Breakfast is variety, even it’s a easy local food but really nice taste. Definitely recommend and want to go back again if have chance.

It feels like a comprehensive park, next to the cabin + barbecue area, the day of check-in happened to meet a university here to host Yingxin camp barbecue. Music will be played in the park, to a few uncertain points, but until 8 or 9 o'clock, there are still faintly heard. Part of the room is a leather-resistant floor, the visible area is fairly clean, but the part under the bed ... The bathroom water pressure is super large, so large that the faucet on the sink needs to control the water volume to not spray everywhere. The check-in plan has dinner + breakfast, the part of the dinner is reasonable, breakfast is simple porridge side dishes + toast. If the price of the general double room 2000 is included with breakfast, it is reasonable; the dinner is thought to be a more complimentary part, will be happy.

The room was old and the door of the wardrobe room was obviously peeled off. The air-conditioning central air conditioner could not be adjusted, the fan sound was very loud, and it felt stuffy to turn off. The light in the room was dim. If the window was opened, it would be directly seen by the opposite city government, and privacy was difficult to protect. No breakfast. The price of two small beds for one night is not worth the price. The waiter at the counter was arrogant, asking things without looking at people, and there was no enthusiasm to help solve the problem. The original review was 2 stars, and the attitude was 1 left.

I have stayed here several times before, but only overnight and found it very clean, well maintained and easy to get to. On my last visit, I booked Friday - Mon, which cost me 8,950NTS. On the Saturday, my partner and I left for the day, to come back and get delyed by reception staff in issuing room card, finally got the card, and went to the room, oy to find it had not be cleaned, bed not made, etc. Then for a manager to arrive and tell me, even though I booked from Fr3night to Monday, I was required to check out each say.... Remove all our bags, to allow staff to clean and then check back in after 3.00pm. If we wanted to leave our bags there, we had to pay extra! I hear you ask. WHY? ITS A LOVE HOTEL, They sell you're room to other couples for 2-3 each time. I just paid under 9000 nts!!!! After some heated words, and saying if they wanted extra money, just refund me and we would leave..... The manager then said no extra charge... Breakfast!! No breakfast. Normally a Mcdonalds is delivered to the car port, but nothing this time.... Only to ge told go to restaurant! What restaurant? Never knew they had restaurant, never informed they had one. We were also informed that we had to request our room be cleaned, also lack of hot water to fill the Spa... What was supposed to be a nice relaxing weekend was a let down... If you are wanting the ”Asia Love motel” experience, this place is fine! If booking for 1 or more days, get a hotel... It's cheaper, less hassle and rooms are automatically cleaned.
