環境超好，就在凱旋樓上，衹是床稍微有一點硬，可以再加個軟床墊或者怎麼樣改善一下，其他的都超好，屋裡也超級乾淨，超不錯，第一次給酒店評論哈哈哈哈

最開始的房間抱枕上有鼻屎，問了老闆才知道原來放在枕頭上的抱枕不是一客一洗的，所以別人摸過筆試，腳踩過的抱枕就在床上放！！！真的很難接受
老闆服務態度不錯給我升級了房間，但是新房間的地板和地毯依然是不太乾淨，衞生間淋浴滴水，我坐馬桶上拉屎滴我一腿的水，另外投影儀分辨率很低，不清晰看着眼花根本看不了
空調不製冷，16度強勁滿級風速開一夜仍然熱而且空調指示燈好亮，像開了個小夜燈
這個價格不應該是這個水平的衞生

非常好，房間乾淨，客服小姐姐很有耐心，很温柔，經常的孩子來洗澡，空調製熱快，非常喜歡這家店的氛圍安靜，雅緻，讓人放鬆心情，每次來都有家的感覺

設施真心不咋地，那個投影儀巨巨巨糊，沒見過這麼拉跨的投影。因為要考試才住的，睡了一晚。很吵！很吵！商業區理解，但是外邊空調聲吵死，還不隔音，一點也不隔音！這個床墊邦邦硬，巨巨巨硬。這都是我自己入住的感受。對比我在南陽之前住的另一家民宿差的不是一丁半點。
此外有個插曲。店家在我訂完還讓我申請退房，説我定的晚。我説我早定了，前天都定了你看看，她非説我昨天定的也不看。最後在我一直強調下她又去查了訂單時間，也沒叫嚷着讓我退房。讓我覺得最離譜的是這個店家的電話語氣竟然還很無奈。
入住的時候辦入住速度還行。返還按金速度也快
